I realize this is a coffee place, however if you are going to offer sandwiches then you need to have them in stock. In the last month went to 2 separate locations in Springfield and both times they were out of all but 1 sandwich. Very frustrating.
Do not come to this location unless you have at least 20 minutes to waste. This is probably the third time this has happened to me, trying to get my drink before work. I do not blame the employees, it’s just a busy area and they don’t hire enough help apparently. This experience was the worst— mobile ordered my drink at like 2:28pm and it said estimated ready by 2:36. Well it wasn’t, no big deal. But I came back and at 2;50 still nothing and others are waiting. I ended up leaving without a drink after paying. Won’t come back here again until they hire more help
My wife makes me take her here every once in a while. Long weights, overpriced drinks, subpar taste. We need a Dutch Bros coffee out here.
I don’t go to Starbucks very often, but the staff here is absolutely wonderful.One major thing about this location (and we all already know it) is the drive thru. It’s not uncommon for the line to back up onto the street. Keep this in mind if you want your coffee fix here.Great and friendly staff nonetheless. ?
Very busy . Need more parking . One way way in and out , very conjested.
Starbuck franchisees need to educate their staff on green tea. Mainly the difference between plain green tea and all the others with flavoring of some kind. I always ask for plain and 95% of the time I get flavored of some sort. Staff were supportive once they realized the issue. But I have no respect for the manager who stood silently watching as the staff were trying to help me.
Friendly staff and a super clean store! The parking lot is small, congested and often unpassable when the drive thru is busy! Seriously.
I don't think I have ever left a bad review for anyplace but I had the worst Starbucks experience today. She was so rude and making irritated sighs the whole time. They weren't busy and seemed like they had more than enough staff. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and I understand a bad day but maybe you shouldn't be working the drive-thru.
They got my order wrong after repeating myself multiple times. The crew member at the window was very disrespectful and service was slow and there was only 3 cars and I waited over 20 min just too get an order that is messed up. Will never come back and will go too corporate about that other issues I had with them!!!
Trenta iced coffee, no sweetener, 2 pumps white chocolate and coconut milk. YAAAAASSSS!!
