Slow service & they forgot the double cheeseburger I ordered & was charged, but didn't notice until 10 miles down the road. NEVER going back.

I live closer to Dirksen but I go to Isles because the service is better and the food and drinks are better. Dirksen rarely gets my drink right or it tastes watered down.
Very friendly staff. They forgot my son's burger, but they realized it when we pushed "the big red button"? and brought out a very hot burger and some coupons for a future visit! I was very impressed.

Jumbo chicken nuggets range in size from à nickel - quartier hardly jumbo. They were hard & tasteless like they had Sat under à heat lamp for hours. Didn't even offer à dipping sauce.
I ordered a double cheeseburger combo medium meal. When I got my fries there was literally 10 fries in whole box. Very disappointed.

Well. We order a #1 #5 first it took about 4 minutes to answer the call button then 13 minutes later our food but wait it was the wrong order so they take it back we wait 10 more minutes no food no answer so I press the button again, and she asked what my order . I told where is my food she said what food ? The food I ordered she told me she will try to find it .I said find it well so all together it took about 27 minutes and still no food .they I mean your worker who all seem to be very young I will never go back to that place again EVER AGAIN
