Every time I come here the service is wonderful and the food is amazing. The bottomless fries is also a really cool thing that they have here.
This restaurant is a favorite of family and I. Great service. Supreme food.

One of the days a restaurant would showcase their best service, and food quality.We went on fathers day and apparently they were closing early due to lack of staff which we found out half way through the meal. Fries were okay, but soggy, fish was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside and tasted of grease more than fish.My son said mushroom burger was okay, but not awesome.Waitress was largely unavailable wrapping up the bar.Wish we had gone to IHOP, barrel head or anywhere else. Not an awesome first visit. Chilis next door would have had a similar cost, and never had a problem with the food being inedible there.Edit June 21, 2022 Restaurant said they have no excuse for service no one wants to work on holidays anymore.If I could give a lower rating I would. They said that their grease was too old and after food was black on Monday they finally changed their grease, because it was probably too old on fathers day, and they had a problem with their grease filters? I am not sure what that means. Fondue sauce for fries was congealed, Manager said staff had probably not looked at in a while.Personally one of the reasons I an so angry about this restaurant is the food model is very simple, hamburger, fries, chicken or fish. Most of the food is frozen, not fresh, and should be very simple to fix, and it is served at a premium price because you are paying for it to be served correctly, and in a relaxing family restaurant.This was embarrassing for a restaurant at a carnival, let alone anywhere else. I would avoid and maybe call the health department, the conversation with the manager did not put my mind at ease.
Wouldn't know how the food is. We were seated right away and were the only customers in Red Robin as it was early. Waited 15 minutes at our table. No one even acknowledged us and when we walked out, the hostess had her nose buried in her phone and never even looked up. Will never go back.

Got the teriyaki chicken sandwich, what a wet mess. Wasn't even edible. Picked it up and the whole thing fell apart it was wet the only thing I ended up eating was the little piece of chicken that was inside it was terrible. A big waste of $17 for a meal don't think I'll ever go back
Waiter was genuinely a friendly person with a welcoming smile and an attitude that had you smiling back. The food was so good I ate it all. Now I don't feel so good (I ate way to much). I think I'll be bloated for a week. ; )
Springfield has lifted mask requirements, and while guests are not required to wear masks to go inside, I saw that alot of the staff was still masked up. They also had plexiglass between booths which I see at alot of places.As for the food -- 5 STARZ all the way -- We ordered a Pig Out Tavern Double and a Haystack Tavern Double (both came with steak fries) and MY burger was one of the best I had had in ages! Fries were lukewarm, but still tasty.I like that they have the screens at the table for ordering appetizers/drink reorders/desserts or playing games... but we ordered sweet tea, and getting refills was still challenging.Paying thru the screen was pretty easy, and I liked having that option.
Stopped by tonight for dinner. Hostess dusted the table off into the seats to clean it. Waitress came and took our drink order....10 minutes later ..no drinks (we ordered water). There were only 3 or 4 occupied tables so not a busy night. Found waitress chatting up one of the cooks ...asked the hostess if she would ask our waitress to take our order....she still didn't show. We put our coats on to leave and let the hostess know we weren't waiting around for our waitress to finish her conversation....no apologies...no offer to take our order....no burger in my belly. 0/5
had a delicious impossible burger and our waitress who was about a month new to the place was so amazing!!! we need more ppl like her in the restaurant industry!! ??
