Awful service the last few times going to this location. Service and quality of food needs improvement. Big time. And please open your dine in area so cars don't have to wait in your drive thru line for almost an hour!
The staff is unfriendly, disrespectful, and does not seem to care about the quality of the food or service. Forgot over half of my 20$ order and proceeded to deny me the food claiming I had received my correct order. Had to bring the food and receipt inside the store to prove that they had in fact screwed up.
I bought some chicken from Popeyes Monday July 18, 2022 and the chicken was nasty it didn,t taste like Popeyes it taste plain and the biscuits were dry and the macaroni was mushy.Whats going on Popeyes.
Should have checked the reviews first. Placed an online order. Arrived, had to wait in line at the drive through. 20 minutes later when it's our turn, they tell us they are out of one item in the order and that for that reason, we'll have to have the order cancelled. They will not change or replace the item, or fill the other 4 items on the order. They will also not cancel or reject the order on their end, and online the order shows as complete. They then stop answering altogether. Will never go to this location again, until or unless it is under new management/ownership.
I think the Owner needs to pay attention at this location, all of the windows in the store are dirty the mens toilet was very dirty, out of paper towels. Out of Lemonade and out of Cajun Rice at opening on a Saturday. Chicken was good.
We've gone here for 15 years, and I will likely not return. I ordered online for take-out and arrived at the time specified. They hadn't started on the order. 25 minutes later, my order was finally ready. So, I got home and realized we were 2 pieces short, and the 2 large red beans and rice were only 2/3 full. I returned to claim my missing chicken, and the person at the counter chose to argue about it. I did finally get the chicken, but did not resolve the red beans and rice issue. The chicken was also very dry and flavorless. It didn't even taste like Popeye's. It was a huge disappointment.
Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told, when we finally got to the speaker, that it would be a 30 minute wait for any chicken. Why didn't someone come out and tell the people in line that there'd be a long wait. There were cars backed up to Marshall's! Line disappeared fast!
Every time I go to this Popeyes they are so slow and out of everything! 1st the guy in front of me ordered online as well. He time told the lady he had rice and beans. The lady told him no he didn’t it wasn’t on you order. The man said I paid for it. The lady goes back to look and sure enough it was on there! Then grabs the rice and beans and tossed it on the counter to him and walked away! So rude! I ordered online. 1st the lady in the drive thru said they were out of mild chicken tenders. I told her I will just come in to pick out another option. When I finally get to the front of the line I ask the the lady if I can get blackened chicken. She said no you ordered mild chicken tenders. I explained the lady in the drive thru said you were out. She said no we have them. ? We don’t have any fries tho! So what you want for a side? I said mash potatoes. She snaps at a guy to get her 2 mash potatoes! I wanted a different side but she was already pretty hostile. I get my food and after being there for 30 minutes and asked for honey. Nope! Out of that too and jelly! (I ordered dipping sauce and didn’t get any of that either.) I said dang you’re out of everything! The lady said NOPE YOU JUST CAME TO LATE!! Um…I didn’t know I had to order before 5:20….I’m so done with Popeyes! Every time I order something there’s always a problem. The cashier lady is not pleasant and has makes people feel uncomfortable.
absolutely appalled at the customer service here. waited an hour in their drive thru just to be told I'll get the chicken I get, and the the lady proceeded to argue with me. I will be reaching out to management, because this is not how you should be running a restaurant. you're employees are driving your customer base away.
How a drive through can be that slow and screw up your order more than half the time is beyond me. The chicken we did get was overcooked. I'm not sure how they can screw up a diet soda but it tastes like it was mixed with something fruity.
