Keep driving. We tried to order red beans and rice and green beans for the sides. The woman working was EXTREMELY rude saying they didn't have green beans and when my husband asked what sides they had she had a ton of attitude expecting us to know what they had, without a sign. The chicken was nasty and burnt, biscuits were dry and hard. Worst Popeye's I've ever been too.

Sat and waited 3-4 mins even before they took our order. Pulled up to window, paid, got our drinks and was informed it would be 5 mins on fresh mild tenders and to please pull forward (theirs nuggets were still frozen so tenders were our 2nd choice in food).After sitting and waiting for 30 mins husband went in to be informed “oh you were pulled up”? “Plus it will be another 5-10 mins to get more tenders since we gave them out”. So yeah they forgot about us and another car.We asked for money back.Horrible service and NO one was apologetic about anything!!

The food turned out fine, but I didn't need the woman at the drive through to tell me to stop "being smart" and to "stop playing in the drive through". All I did was say my order and I can't help the fact that she never listened to what I said. I said legs and she said thighs. I said spicy and she said mild. And she's got the nerve to accuse ME of playing in the drive through. SMDH.

Tuesday evening May 17th I had a customer in my cab who asked to go to Popeyes did you get dinner. Tuesdays are notorious for their famous leg and thigh special. Seeing a very long line in the drive-through I agreed to go inside for my customer. Having over 15 years of customer service I had never seen such lack of enthusiasm nor any hustle whatsoever to get orders filled fast and with accuracy. The young lady who was putting my order together after a lengthy amount of time studied my ticket for quite a while as if she'd never read a ticket in her life. I briefly explained one order was three pieces in a box the second order was the leg and thigh special, which is no longer a special she put the order together I left with my customer only discovered she had got my order wrong instead of getting a leg in a thigh I got two legs! I wasn't aware a thigh looked like a leg so I went back I'm assuming it was the manager who assisted me told me to keep my mistake order and gave me a new order. I'm sorry it's not rocket science. In my opinion the entire staff needs to be overhauled people spend way too much time in a Drive-Thru to get a good tasting piece of chicken, I think it's chicken it could be pigeon for the pieces are very small and you mention the Tuesday special that used to be a dollar 89 for the leg and thigh is not 258 in my opinion that doesn't seem to be much of a special

Their food is awesome. The only thing that really aggravated me about the place was the lobby being closed. I waited in line for 20 minutes and finally got my order. I always stop and check that everything is correct. I was missing a couple of things and because the lobby was closed i had to wait back in line for another 20 or 25 minutes just to get the rest of my order. I tried calling 4 times and no one answered. The man at the window was very nice and handled the situation for me. Like i said, they have awesome food and very friendly people.

Waited just under an hour for an 8 piece chicken, biscuits and a fish sandwich. At a wait time like that you would have figured it would have at least been fresh. Well we didn't get our biscuits and the chicken was dry and old. The fish sandwich wasn't any better. It's sad how pathetic Popeyes has become because when it's good, it's the best chicken in the area. But it honestly hasn't been good for the past couple years. We just keep trying because we hope it will improve. But after this we are for sure done until Wabash reopens.

I will drive 35 minutes for this, because the one in my town closed. I was very impressed my first time at this location by how fresh & hot the food was, and how friendly the staff was. I'd had bad experiences with my local Popeyes in the past. I definitely recommend the indoor ordering as opposed to drive thru. Much faster.

I am not one to write reviews but since they won’t answer the phone so I can express my displeasure with the quality of the food I received I had to leave this review. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE FOOD.I Love Popeyes chicken but don’t ever go to this restaurant for it .Chicken-Old , dry, overcookedLarge Red beans and rice- 1 spoonful of beans 1 cup of rice , not an Exaggeration.Biscuits -Hard and coldStrawberry soda - red seltzer waterApple pie - Delicious the only bright spot.If you want Popeyes chicken don’t go to this one.They should be ashamed of themselves for serving a product like this.!

I'm not one to do reviews because of the negative aspect. And the last 2 years have been hard for all. But I was a fan of Popeyes chicken. And now it's just awful. My chicken was so tough and tasted like burnt grease. It was like it was a week old and reheated. The biscuits were hard. The macaroni was good just cold.Wont be returning.This isn't just a one time bad incident either.Such a shame!.

Absolutely the worst staff tonight! Absolutely no sense of urgency when they were busy! Eventually asked for a refund and left! This location has went down hill and I would not recommend them nor will I be back!
