Great fries and friendly service! Will recommend and visit again!
I now remember why I haven't visited penn-station since a visit to the west Springfield store a few years ago I thought I would try again. First, it was really pricey. The sandwich was tasteless, sloppy and unevenly heated. The fries were a mixture of soggy and crunchy and burnt. The lemonade was on point though. I am surprised this place is still in business. I knew I should have left when there was only one customer leaving as I walked in at 12 noon on a Monday. The cashier was snippy, crude and assumed I was a regular and could decifer the confusing menu. I will put this on my list of places I won't go to and if anyone asks, I'll say don't!
Usually really good food, this visit I asked for extra meat but I think there wouldn't been any meat without the extra, lacking severely. ?
Turkey avacodo is never wrong. Fries are fresh cut.
My brother ordered and they didn't have his order on there so they assumed he didn't order and sent him back. The lady that was taking our payments was doing that and delivering food so the line went really slow. I also couldn't hear the person taking our orders. Customer service is bad.
Great subs. The Italian sauce on the sandwiches is very good. The fries are amazing
