This Penn Station is across the street from Walmart on the West side of Springfield. The food was great but not a good value on this trip. It was difficult to enjoy because the place felt frantic with a lot of yelling going on by employees behind the line. It was about orders needed and orders being corrected; normal stuff for a lunch rush. But I've been to plenty of places that are able to do it quieter and/or sounding more professional. The lunch rush is also not a great time to have someone at the register who still needs a little more experience. That one is truly understandable these days when staffing is incredibly difficult to maintain. As I said, it wasn't a good value for me "that trip." I am definitely going back but it'll probably be to-go. Please ?if this was helpful.
What an excellent surprise! The club was the best wrap I've ever had. We were recommended this place while we were out shopping so decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did because it was just what was needed to wrap up a day of errands and shopping. Next time I will get the fries which were also recommended :)
I love their food...especially the fresh cut fries! Large menu...delicious.
Manager would not remake order as promised. When they gave me the wrong order in the first place.
Excellent sub shop. Bread was very good. French fries were very
I love Penn Station east coast sandwiches because they are the best sandwiches forever.
Fast. Very good food.
1sr time there. Great sandwich and fries.
Bread much more softer than I thought it was going to be. It was great!
Love the sandwiches and french fries! It seems like it gets pretty pricey for 2 of us to eat. Still won't stop me from going back.
