It took a half-hour to order 1 pizza and 1 Papadia! Why?! Because when you dial a local number you get either Pakistan or India. You read that right. They don't understand what you want or delivery instructions. Total for these two items = $36.00. This is the United States of America. Not India. Not Pakistan. Quit giving away our jobs and money!
It is a complete OUTRAGE that you FORCE customers go through INDIA & PAKISTAN to place an order. I am hard of hearing; but, I am not deaf. It is exasperating for me to understand THOSE people. And I don't want them exploiting my personal information.I am NOT a resident of India nor Pakistan. This is the USA. I REFUSE to pay people in FOREIGN COUNTRIES for my pizza let alone everything else in this country.So, you are losing at least 3 customers on our block & whoever else I tell that you are STEALING JOBS from the people of Springfield, Illinois, Sangamon County, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.GOODBYE PAPA JOHN'S!(Too bad, I don't know the INDIAN or PAKISTANI word for 'goodbye')
Ordered the new stuff pepperoni crust and a thin crust. The stuff crust pizza looked as if if slide to the side. The crust isn't even made to the crust all toppings in middle.
I absolutely love Papa John's Pizza but only gave it a 4 star because they are very pricey but if you're into pizza I would recommend trying them out
Ordered a couple weeks ago and my order was messed up I thought I would order again and surely they would make my order right this time ... nope it wasn't warm the bread sticks were way over cooked almost burnt the sauce was spilled all over the box and then the delivery driver text my phone before he got there and it just said come outside .... huh since when do I have to come to your car to get my order ? Just gave one star Cuz I couldnt give no star.
Called the papa johns on north grand in Springfield il.Placed my order and the person taking it gave me a total and asked if I wanted it right away or to schedule a pick up later. I said right away and was told 15-25 minutes. I asked is it 15 or 25? He repeated himself again. I said I will be there in 20 minutes. I got there 35 minutes later. The person helping me told me my pizza hadn’t been started yet. I said what do you mean and told them the conversation I had with the person taking my order. She said I called the order hub and there times weren’t lining up. I left and called the number I ordered from earlier. It wasn’t the hub it was the store. I talked to the manager and it was the same girl I talked to in store that told me my order hadn’t been started. She proceeded to make excuses. The customer service is terrible. I will never order from there again.
To be honest, everytime I’ve ordered papa john’s, they’ve always managed to mess at least one thing up.At first, I was surprised that everything looked seemingly well until I tried grabbing a slice. The first thing I noticed was that the slice was sticking to the box… high indication that the dough is undercooked. Not to my surprise, the pizza really was undercooked. The centre of the slice was translucent.
It was hot , good and fresh! We ordered pizza and chicken wings... Chicken wings were great! Pizzas were yummy yo the tummy!
I ordered pizza and wings the night before last 30 minutes before close, I was at a hotel without a car and hadn't eaten all day I was starving so after 45 minutes my pizza and wings never showed up u and no would answer papa the phone i finally went to sleep hungry. Last night I called the north grand location and was told by a manager he didn't know what to tell me except call back and put a new order in then he hung up on me. I've never had such horrible service, apparently paps johns has lowered their standards tremendously because this was pathetic
We order from Papa John's once a week. We go to the one on North Grand avenue East. I always order online so I can stack up my papa bucks and, I put my telephone number in for updates so they always let me know when my pizza is ready. The staff has always been nothing but super friendly and, very courteous. Our pizza is always hot and delicious. Thank you Northside Papa John's!
