The employees was polite, the restaurant was clean, service was great, the food was great
A nice place for a big or small lunch. I ate the chef's non-spicy take. The chicken was burnt, but everything else was fine. I enjoyed the food still, and will come back to try other things.
Online ordering was down so I went to the actual restaurant to order food for our company. The ordering process went extremely smooth. The cashier, Sharon, was extremely nice and listened to everything that I ordered! I expected 10+ items to take half an hour to be prepared, but everything was done in less than 5 minutes. I had a really great experience, and it was during a lunch rush!

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and they gave me MAYBE a tablespoon of chicken salad and filled the rest with tomato and lettuce. For the amount of money we paid, this is ridiculous.
Really enjoying the charged lemonades! This location has really pleasant staff. Clean inside and out. Easy to get in and out of.
After a malfunction on their kiosk and 15 minutes wasted trying to order on it we ordered at the cashier. 2 out of our four meals were missing the right food. Not a good night.

If i could give no stars i would. We ordered two bread bowls one with chicken noodle soup, and a broccoli cheddar . First they did not supply us with the bread bowls. I had to go back inside . Then she gave me two pieces of bread. Then we got in the car it is hard as a rock with no cut in them To pour the soup into. Then my boyfriend went in and asked to get ones that weren’t hard and have them cut so we can put our soup in them. The lady half did it and asked someone to help her. Most poor service I’ve had in YEARS. they were also extremely rude about this and i can’t even eat the bread because it is so hard. Also provided no utensils. At the bottom it says order checked by on the ticket and no one signed it. Clearly the worse service. NEVER coming back. This location is the worst one in Springfield. Will never return wabash has always been better, and they clearly did not care how upset we were with this. Panera bread is my favorite restaurant. But this one is by far the worst.
