Hostess had zero personality ! Terrible first impression. Food very dissappointing! We will not be returning.
It's the first time to eat at this establishment and it was a good time. My step mom took me there for my Birthday. 420,, I enjoy my meal but I wished I knew more on what I picked because it really wasn't what I thought it was. But it's ok and Of course with the pandemic it wasn't busy that day. They didn't sign happy Birthday but that was okay too. The price for some of the meals were high. The workers were nice. Over all I would give it a 7 out of a 10…. Which is Good.
Huge shout out to all the incredible staff last night! We brought out our 15 month son out with us and the staff were friendly and kind.Our waiter, Noah, was so worried when I asked him to make our entrees to go, but our son was on the verge of a meltdown. He and the bartender were incredibly sweet and understanding. They made me feel much better. All in all, I could tell how wonderful everyone was and that they worked as a team. Once we got home and put our son to bed, we found all the food to be delicious and just how we ordered it! Well done!
Ordered the Thunder Chocolate cake it comes with ice cream. When I opened the container all the ice cream was melted. There were no strawberries with the cheesecake but we did get a mini loaf of bread!!! This was the worst curbside experience I’ve ever had!!!
Terrible service, unreasonable wait for our food - and the food was poor quality. The fries were clearly very old, veggies on the sandwich mushy, the cooked veggies and mashed potatoes flavorless... All in all very disappointed.I kept it to 2 stars because it was edible but very dissatisfied.
Was our first time here. We ordered curbside. Order was on time and brought out promptly. Once we got home ( 35 minutes away ) we found that our 12 oz. Ribeye was 90% fat. Overall all of our $60 order about 1\2 was just thrown away. Won't be trying again..not sure if this is a normal thing for them or just an off day but won't be taking anymore chances here...
Christina K was an incredible server! She was so sweet the minute she came to our table!!! She got our drinks right out! Explained the fun drinks to us. Got our bread, salad and meal out so quick and it's Valentine's weekend. We had drinks full at all times and she was amazing! We had zero weight and the only restaurant that we have been too that's staffed! They are staffed because the food and service is incredible!
Sonya did a tremendous job considering Outback was short 3 servers, food was good too!
Christina K is as an amazing server. If the food isn't enough to keep you coming back this girl sure will. She made every effort to make our dinning experience awesome and was very successful. The food and service here at Outback was a leap above the rest. And the food came fast! Even in this time of major staff shortages. Check them out. It's worth it.
Love it here! Came for my birthday today and Karen made the best drinks. Even asked for a irregular drink and she went out of her way to search it on Google Lonny ensured our happiness and didn’t miss a beat! Very good vibes and really enjoyed my birthday? Would definitely recommend!
