Great food, chef puts on a fun show at the grill while cooking our food!

awesome service and even better food.

Ok I’m not the one to write bad reviews but my friend and I usually have a good time here but tonight wasn’t too good. My friend got super sick because the food was severely undercooked and he had to go to the bathroom. Went to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t offer an apology. The only employee that was great was our server. I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond to give us a discount on our food that was messed up.

Absolutely amazing!! Went there with my wife and daughter, and the food was amazing. My wife and I got the pick 3 hibachi, she got scallops, chicken and steak. I got scallops, tuna steak and sea bass. My daughter got the shrimp hibachi meal, let me just say all the food was absolutely delicious! It was my first time having sea bass and it was insanely good, literally melted in your mouth buttery goodness!! The next time we're in springfield we will definitely be returning. Bravo Osaka bravo!!

First time dining at Osaka. The chef was very entertaining and interacted with everyone at the table. We ordered the blue crab as an appetizer but didn't realize it was breaded and fried. Seemed more breading than crab meat. The mushroom soup was ok, a little salty to me so I only had a little. Not a fan of salt. The cucumber water was quite a refreshing surprise, very different way to enjoy water. The fried rice was delicious as was the noodles. Turned down the vegetables so I'm not sure how those tasted. The lobster tails: not how I was expecting it to be made, and little tough to eat fried like that.

Food was amazing as always and atmosphere was great. Our service was horrible. Call me crazy but if I’m spending $100 for dinner I expect good service.

Just finished dining in at the hibachi grill, and I’ve gotta say, Fujiyama has them beat! Our chef Toni was very lethargic and wanted to be anywhere else other than our table. No sake, no egg throwing, and hardly any talking. He didn’t even do the water boy! Overall Osaka was un memorable

Used to be really good but they can't get take out orders right. Now if you eat inside at the hibachi grill you will not leave hungry. Your take out portions are smaller but still pay the same price. Receptionists there need to take a class on how to greet customers.

My daughter & I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day.We dined on the hibachi side where we sat head at a rectangle table with 5 strangers which is normal when going to a hibachi grill.Everyone at our table ordered Steak & one other person ordered steakand seafood. My daughter & I ordered a few appetizers &the two meat for one meal for our main course because wehave never been there before & wanted to try some of everything. The chef who came to cook for us cooked our food last even thoughwe sat at the head of the table. Our rice & noodles were cold bythe time he finished the meat. He gave the whole tableshrimp & chicken even though we were the only two who ordered it.At the time I didn't think much of it but later I realized if he was sharingwith the whole table, why didn't we get any steak. And as much as I do not like to say this but I have to mention that we were the onlyPOC at the table. I will not be going back there again.

One of kind dining experience I have ever had. I visited this on my birthday and they made more special with special cake at the end. Here there were two options you can choose either Hibachi Grill or A-la-carte. We went To grill and the chef was so entertaining. He made feel us special with his special skills. Food was more than enough and it comes large plates and couldn’t able to finish. He made Fried rice, noodles and that meat/veggies. If you want go with your gang, this is the place for Drinks, Food and Fun.
