My daughter and her family took me and my husband out to eat for my birthday. The waiter was awful. He took forever getting our two drinks while waiting for my daughter. When she got there he took there order for drinks and same thing we waited. He took our order and we received the salad and bread sticks. Not once did he come back for refills on drinks salad or bread sticks. Three groups came after us and ate and left and we still didn't get our food. We had to ask another waiter for refills. The other waiter and waitresses we're busy waiting on tables. After a hour and 25 minutes we left. He than came and said oh your food is ready what's up. He never said if there was a problem or apologized for delay. I was very disappointed with it especially on my birthday.?
The reviews over hype this place. Don't get me wrong there are good things about this place however, there are some important cons. Anywho let's start with the pros.Pro:Excellent service/attentive/caring/informativeThe bread sticks/appetizers are really good!Bathrooms relatively clean/Lobby/dining areas are also clean. The wait time was decent for my recent experience for the seating.Sauces was delicious! To go boxes sturdyOur waiter gave us extra chocolate which was really sweet of them. I forgot their name but they deserve a raise. They were new and stressed but they seem to handle such a stressful job very well. Thank you ?Parking is good though and it seems wheel chair accessible.Cons:Tables seated for three are a little too small. No arm room and it just felt way too crowded.I got marinara and noodles. They were so bland and tasted like water. I couldn't finish the meal so I just kept eating the bread sticks. I'm disappointed since we had a long wait time for the food. The price was not worth it for the quality of what I got.Last time I was here, I had an 4+ hour wait time. We didn't end up eating there but I wanted to mention that.I know there's more pros than cons, however in my opinion the weight of the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately. Now I would not say it's a terrible place to go, I would just have to say that it's over all okay. I personally wouldn't go unless it's just for the bread sticks.
I went here this year for my birthday and the staff was so friendly!! The food was spectacular and I would love to visit again. They had treated me and my friends like we were all good buddies! They had recommended the best food and it was superb!
What did they just do to my order? Calamari was soggy. In Chicken and gnocchi soup- there was no gnocchi. Literally none.Ordered chicken Alfredo and the white sauce in it is all diluted and tasteless. Had to put most of the food in trash. I’m just wondering if they changed their chef ? Never expected this kind of experience/service at Olive Garden.
We had Olive Garden cater our family reunion. The staff was very helpful with our planning. The food we ordered was packaged and labeled, ready as we requested. The portions were accurate to the description, too. We were all very pleased with the meal they provided.
The service at OGIR is almost always good and Jesse did not disappoint. There was 12 of us and after we were seated Jesse took good care of us, taking our orders and serving drinks quickly. I was somewhat disappointed. My wife and I had 2 pitchers of sangria and it was as if we drank no alcohol wine. The soup and salad was good and plentiful as always.
Don’t expect things to be right and especially if you ask for something that they have. I asked for a specific dessert and was told yes they have it. I asked for it to be put aside and be brought to us. Never got it and then when the service “forgot” about us they turned around and said they are all out.Awesome job at listening and taking care of customers (sarcasm if you didn’t get that)
Very good experience here. Were on our way to Saint-Louis and decided to stop at this location. We wanted a fast but quality meal. That is what we got. Fast and efficient service, friendly waiter and delicious food. Thanks!
Been to this location many times. The food was good and the service was good as well. Highly recommend going online and reserving a place in line prior to arrival. It also has a real time tracker of when your table is ready. The one negative I can say is that I always see the cooks out back smoking (most likely on their break) but it's a huge turnoff when I see this. I wish they kept this a 100% smoke free area.
I used to enjoy Olive Garden. It has been quite awhile since I had been to this one (before COVID).The staff were friendly. The area we sat at, the dry wall had been repaired, but not finished to match the rest of the wall. I ordered Chicken Marsala. The pasta was dry and crusty. The wine sauce, on the chicken, tasted more like soy sauce. My wife ordered Chicken Parmigiano. Her pasta was ok, but the chicken was a little dry and crusty on the edges.
