My husband and I had been wanting to try Boba tea for a while because it's all we have been hearing about from our nieces and nephews. Finally gave in and went to OH Icee. It was SO GOOD. I got the strawberry mango green tea with bursting Strawberry Boba and my husband got the brown sugar milk tea with regular Boba. I also got a coffee rolled ice cream and he got strawberry cake rolled ice cream. We loved it all.We were a little intimidated about ordering at first since it was our first time and they have so many options but they have a cute little kiosk to order at if you're paying with a card and it was so user friendly and actually helped making the decision.Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet!
Concept is great, but it's way too expensive and takes forever to get your order. Each person gets theirs separately so you kind of just have to sit around and wait for the rest of your parry to get theirs
Rolled ice cream was good. The Boba was too sweet for my sister. We did not you could ask for levels of sweetness. Really cute place.
The service is horrible, not efficient at all. We ordered the chocolate party and the cheesecake delight crepe. We received the regular ice cream (chocolate party) 25 minutes before we received the crepe. Only received 2 stars because it tastes so good.
Expensive.Bubble tea was very good with "less ice" and "less sweet". That said... expensive. Very expensive for what I got. The "bubbles" cost extra even though it's "bubble tea". Really you get tea and flavored milk/juice for 6 ish dollars and are charged 1.20 for each type of bubbles you ask for.1 medium fruit tea with 2 kinds of boba1 medium milk tea with 1 kind of boba1 dollar tip because I feel bad leaving 0Total was almost 15 dollars.Size of a medium is a small cup that holds about 1 and 3/4 measuring cup of liquid/toppings/ice.
19 minutes to expertly craft 2 smoothies consisting of ice and a fruit goop that is put in a blender and poured in a cup? Thank God we didnt order anything that was actually mildy complicated! Serously, I can get an actual meal put together at most other places in that amount of time but the 3 fruit blending connoisseurs here just couldn't quite pull it off today. I mean the meager "sorry it took so long" from the nice lady at the county was actually believable as I could see it in here eyes that she too was embarressed about how long it took them to turn 2 basic ingredients into a consistance that pours into a cup. I could even get over it if it was busy, you know, like during smoothie rush hour, whenever that is but the place was empty and the guy was too busy making orders and handing them out to people who came in after us....well played!

Such a cute place! They have many different rolled ice cream options and boba tea and smoothies. There’s something for everyone! One of my favorite bubble tea places.
Love drink and ice cream. Potstickers dis take extra time but good.
Expensive compared to competitors. Got to their little drive thru, pushed the button twice, then 6 minutes later a lady came to the window, and stared at me pressing the button over and over very rudely. This isn’t the first I’ve had rude customer service from them, and it’ll definitely be the last now. Don’t recommend this place.
