Visiting from FL we had to get some deep dish pizza! It was delicious as was all the food we ordered. Our server was super friendly and our family enjoyed it all. Thank you Nancy's!
I visited the Springfield location and was dissatisfied with the customer service. I had called in for carry out and walked in and ask if we can eat a piece inside the restaurant. I was told by the lady working the register no you cannot eat inside the restaurant because they close in 15 minutes. I know that it wouldn’t have taken 15 minutes to eat our pieces of pizza. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting this establishment again. Please train those work in the register to have better customer service practices. There were people in the restaurant who were eating and would’ve been there past closing time anyway so that it wouldn’t have been a big deal to let us eat.
The service was very good as were the cocktails, breadsticks, and pizza. We had the super thin crust cheese. Took home the leftovers and it was just as good on night 2. ☺️

Great Chicago style pizza. Staff is highly questionable. Dine in service was atrocious. Delivery is extremely slow. Prices are high. 5 star pizza with a 1 star staff! :(
I have never eaten here, I was just getting ready to order a pizza from here because I’ve never tried them. I was going to order just a large pizza no big deal the “Tony special” then I saw how much they charge. $35 for one large pizza!!! I don’t care how good you guys think you are I can assure you that your pizza is not worth $35. I’ve had pizza from almost everywhere in town here, this is by far the most expensive almost by double.

My husband and I got pizza today here for the second time. I tried a Chicago deep dish for the first time and boy was I impressed! It was huge and filled to the brim. My husband got a thin crust and he loved it. Service was friendly and I arrived 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready to find it was ready to pick up. We will come back!
Good food, good service. But the prices on the menu are not what you pay. That will be higher. Not cool. I would be cautious going here until they change that.
Horrible, paid $30.00 for a small pizza that was delivered and was not what I ordered. The receipt stapled to the box had my order correct, but that's not what was in the box. I get that your busy and probably short staffed, I don't mind the extra wait time, but the order should be right. The girl I spoke to when I called was clueless and less than helpful. She was full of redicioulos excuses and no remedy. My business with Nancy's pizza is done, never again!
