Great gyros and chicken but don't you dare ask if they have hummus, falafel or grape leaves on the menu (they have photos of what must be an older menu online). You *will* get chewed out for asking. Yikes.Updated to a 1-star review because apparently this rudeness is typical for this restaurant. Go to Dolphin on North Grand instead, the owner used to work here and opened his own place. Food and prices are similar and service is 10x better.

The gyros are good just like some spots back in Chicago, love the Lemmon pepper seasoning chicken wings with the sauce to top it off definitely worth the wait.
Our family enjoyed the food that we ordered from them. Next time we in town we will be coming back.
Despite it being priced kind of high and suffering heartburn 2 hours later from their unfiltered oil they are one of the few places in Springfield to get something to eat after 11:00 p.m.
According to the owner the prices went up because of the pandemic and the menu prices online are wrong! My gyro had some runny sauce I think was suppose to be cucumber sauce and when I asked about feta cheese he said they no longer carry it?so, 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries and an gyro came to $30!!!! He did give me a free small fry which was much better than my gyro!
Finally got some real good food. Must be under new management.
Order catfish dinner, but it was not catfish. May have been carp, definitely not catfish. Be sure to get exactly what you ordered.

I usually order 10 pice of wings. Its really tasty come with fries and soda. I ordered ahead its like ten to 15 minutes will be ready
