Ordered a crazy noodle with beef for lunch which one of the worst ever. First of all, the noodle cost over $14, and beef is not included. $3 extra for the beef. So total is almost $18. In addition, too much soy sauce made the dish so salty and had to drink water at the same time for every bite. Not recommend to anyone and will not return.
My sister and I have been wanting to try Mekong for ages. We finally did the other night and we will be back. We got the Thai eggrolls and Crab Rangoon. I LOVED the thin wrapping. I always feel like I get full at other places when they use the thick wonton wrappers. Plus you get to taste the ingredients instead of just the wrapper.Go ahead and be adventurous on the spices. We went mild and we honestly probably could try the hot and be ok.The staff was nice. The place is clean. The food was delicious.Come and visit this local Thai food delight.
Outstanding quality. We've tried several different entrees and always impressed by the amount of food and the fresh ingredients. Lemongrass soup is amazing!

A friend at work decided to. Is it the Mekong restaurant for takeout food for approximately five orders, looked at a online menu for pricing and selection. Made a selection of Mekong beef with two egg rolls. The taste and quality of food was good, but the lunch bill was $21.39 for one person
My family has loved this place for years. The salads are amazing and we ask for them on the spicy side. Don't miss it if you are in Springfield.
