Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Always gets orders wrong and has mountains of pepper just sitting on the burgers. The fries are always dry or soggy. Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Consistently bad
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH. 8:50AM Wednesday. Ordered 3 meals. Paid with debit. Pull ahead. Gave me drinks. Then the dreaded "pull ahead and wait". When will I learn... JUST SAY NO! YOU HAVE MY MONEY. I'LL WAIT FOR MY FOOD.But I pulled ahead at 8:55. 9:05 no food. Other cars have passed thru drive through. Used this app to call them. Where's my food? I'll check on it. 9:10. Called again. I said just refund my $26.89. She said there are only 2 people working the kitchen. Everyone sick. I said not my problem. It's been 15 minutes and no food! Give me a refund. Her... you have to come inside. Me... that's why I went thru drive thru... so I didn't have to come in! Her... you must come inside. By which time I was loaded for bear. Went in. Demanded my money back in front of a line of half dozen people. Did you pay by card? Yes. I have to put it back on your debit card. Oh yeah... what could possibly go wrong scanning my card a SECOND TIME!!! NEVER AGAIN THIS MCD. AND TAKE MY ADVICE. WHEN THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY AND ASK YOU TO PULL UP AND WAIT... JUST SAY NO!!!!
Had to wait for our order in drive thru while 4 more cars piled behind us. Then they just waited for multiple orders to bring out so it wasn’t fresh at all. Fry’s were refried and burgers Luke warm and a sloppy mess. These places complain they want to make more money but still have less than mediocre service. How about you all focus on better customer service and better presentation of you food, just because it’s called fast food doesn’t mean throw it together, it took long enough to get our less than warm food, at least put it together right.
We travel a lot and this is the best McDonald's we have eaten at. Our breakfast was hot and fresh. Thank you for starting our day off right!
I haven't been big on McDonald's because I haven't I don't like processed food however that day it was especially convenient and served hot and fresh not to mention it was one of the last meals I got to share with my mother before she passed away
I'd give a no star if I could. I had to repeat my order 3 times only for them to still get iit wrong. Not hard to make a egg, cheese, biscuit sandwich. Then to only be told here is the cheese. Um no!
The manager took our order and was so very friendly! I'm still a bit slow on the technological end of the app, points, rewards, qr code etc and was a bit slow. He was helpful and patient and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Was also SUPER happy that the inside ketchup dispenser was back!
Worse experience ever. Ordered 4 fish sandwiches (2 for $6) special. Got home and one sandwich was black and shiny on the top as if the bun had hit the floor. Called the manager to see how they would remedy this. She was condescending and rude on the phone. Said we could bring the sandwich back with the receipt and would refund our money. Drove back to the store. Manager again was rude and arguing with my husband. Stated the bun was black because of the steamer. Then continued to argue. Eventually she said she was not in the mood and would refund the order. This was after my husband also said he wasn’t in the mood. Went to eat the other fish sandwiches and there was no tarter sauce on any of them. Again tried to reach out by phone and no one would answer. Probably because they saw our number on caller ID. Arguing with the customer and not even apologizing really shows the lack of the managerial skills. Will not return nor advise anyone to go to Toronto Road McDonalds.
I posted a review before a couple of years ago and this place was really good. That was precovid, I work next-door and was working remote most of the last 2 years, not sure what happened. The place now smells like sewer and and the service is awful. I have been in 3 times in the last couple of months, same each time. Avoid this McDonald's, it is the worst one I have been in.
I stood waiting for near 20 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me. The girl looked at me, then went back to watching the drive thru staff do their jobs and commenting on things they needed to do. She wasn't helping them either, mind you. After 15 minutes, my daughter suggested I just use the touch screen order thing. I was trying to redeem a code though and couldn't figure out how to do it. So I waited 5 more minutes and the girl finally came over.When I tried to use the code I had, it said invalid. I told her it was probably because I had tried to enter it on the touch screen but couldn't figure it out. She told me, "Yeah if you tried to put it on that then you lost it, (which isn't true fyi). I said, I think the points go back on your account if you don't end up using them. She again said no, I couldn't use it anymore. I was hoping when I told her I couldn't figure out the touch screen that maybe she would offer to help me with it, but no such luck. I understand sometimes they are too busy, but believe me, this girl was not. We were the only 2 customers in there and they had had maybe 3 vehicles go through the drive thru during this time, and there were at least 4 or 5 people working in the back on the drive thru stuff. After a few seconds of her giving me an annoyed look and sighing, I said, ok I will just get something different then. I looked down at my phone to get a different reward with a new code, which took me about ten seconds. As I started to say the new code, my daughter said, "Mom, she left." I looked up and realized she had gone back to lean against the counter and watch the drive thru employees again. After waiting for another 5 minutes I gave up and left. I went to a different McDonald's about 10 to 15 minutes away. By the time I got there, my reward code had reset and I was able to use it.Long story short, I will avoid this particular McDonald's on Toronto, and I would recommend everyone else do as well. Certain staff members here act as if you are bothering them when you come in and order and they let you know it too. Forget that, I don't have time for petulant teenagers. I got enough of those at home, lol jk.
