Food was cold, nuggets for my boyfriend looked like they were from the day before. Told cashier how I wanted my sandwich 3 times and she still got it wrong.
Walked in restaurant and instantly was told it’ll be a couple minutes and to use the kiosk. There was no sweet tea or unsweet in the lobby, when I got my order taken the employee was rude, didn’t speak, and didn’t repeat my order. The restaurant was dirty and the employees only seemed like they cared about the drive-through orders not the dine-in orders. This McDonald’s used to be very good and now it’s just not simple as that.
Ordered at drive thru, quick, efficient, correct order, service was very good!!
Stopped by on our road trip. The restaurant was clean the staff is awesome and food was fast.
Had what was definitely the best Quarter Pounder with cheese I've ever had at this location. The burger was cooked just shy medium and did not sit under a heat lamp for very long. Both me and my wife commented on how good the burger was, it caught us off guard because our expectations for McDonald's are honestly pretty low.
Staff friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend. Took our order so we didn't have to use Kiosk.
Good McDonald's food that you remember as a kid, Quick service and good food that hits the spot when you are on the run, enjoy everyone.
McDonalds is a good place to get food if your in a hurry.. Got 2 Apple pies for 1.89 pk. Not a bad price for Apple pies!!
Out of all the McDonald's in central Springfield this one over here actually gets five stars because they get my order right every time they're fast they're friendly and the place is clean. To whomever the franchise owner is, thank you!
Try to come here on lunch cause it’s close to work and multiple times now waiting in line for 20+ mins just to get the wrong food over and over again. At that point don’t even have time to get somthing else or take it back. Dont go to this location
