The bacon, egg, and biscuit sandwiches were freshly made and hot when delivered to my table. However, the cooks should drain the bacon before putting it in the biscuit; otherwise it's too greasy. The unsweetened ice tea is good.
Honestly, the only thing a McD must do for me is serve me FRESH hot fries and I will always come back and recommend their location.
People working the drive thru were very inconsiderate. No one said Thank you or Welcome. Very unfriendly
Everytime we order drive through or delivery from this location they forget 1+ item. Sometimes we will get sauces, but no nuggets. We will order a meal and receive the drink carrier and a straw but no drink.
They gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened at the drive thru. I had to park and go into the restaurant. Not the first time either.
The best McDonald’s location in Springfield !! NO MATTER what time of day! I absolutely love this location and they’re always efficient and quick! Food is 98% hit and fresh! YUM!!! They make the freshest sausage breakfast burritos too!!!

Everything was fresh and hot even after the drive home. The employee was polite and courteous. It did take a few minutes longer than I expected since I used the app to order but nothing outrageous and fresh hot food was a good trade.

On 24 March 2022 at approximately 7:00pm I pulled into the drive thru only to receive the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Four workers were standing at the cashier at the first window and looked at my husband and I as if we were interrupting there social session. They did not say anything to us and aggressively snatched the card and basically threw it back at us through the window. We were wanting to edit our order to order another meal but decided that we would not support this McDonald’s if that’s how they treat our customers.
