Friendly staff, very fast in drive through. Order was perfect, hot, fresh and tasted great. Can't beat a nice McDonald's for fast food.
Used to be 5 stars, food is great but there needs to be more professionalism there. And post up your real hours of business!
THE SLOWEST MCDONALD’S IN THE HISTORY OF MCDONALD’S!!! OMG! Their customer service sucks!! Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, they let me down!!! THEY JUST MESSED UP MY ORDER AND GOT MAD AT ME!! Gave me 3 incorrect drinks!! Ugh! Get people that ACTUALLY wanna work!! It’s TOO MANY people in there for them to be THAT SLOW!! Goodness gracious!! FIX THAT!
I only get 30 minutes break working as a healthcare travel staff. I told myself, I want something from McDonald’s and this store is the closest to my work. I came up to the first drive thru while the other car was having his order taken. I’ve waited for 2-5 minutes on that drive thru and I never heard anyone taking my order even me saying hello asking for a respond? I’ve decided to pull up and gave my orders, but she won’t take it and told me to come back. I was like, excuse me? It wasn’t my fault if your drive thru didn’t work. And heck I would come back and lessen my time for my break. She had to ask her manager if she’s gonna get my orders or not. That took another 10 minutes of my precious time. I would never come back to this store. Not even a smile from them. Total BS!
Got a door dash order for here but all doors locked. They let other people in so hmm?
Stopped taking drive thru orders for seemingly no reason other than the fact they were busy. Next time they should do their job instead of being lazy.
Building itself is pretty rundown and needs a remodel. But the food was fresh and hot which was better than a lot of McDonalds I’ve stopped at.
This place never has anything, everything I tried to order was either not available, not working, down or it would be a 14 minute wait....?I was in the drive through over 10 minutes just to get to the window and still have to wait because the lady working drive through was talking on her phone, the customer service here is terrible and the staff come to work would th no bras which is enough to make you lose your appetite. ?
Employees throwing stuff at customers, my order number never showed up on the screen, and at this time, after placing a mobile order an getting charged for it then minutes ago, I still have yet to be given my food, a triple cheeseburger minus onions and a large fry. GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALD'S. THIS IS LOCATION NUMBER 2 THAT I HAVE ISSUES WITH EVERYTIME. LOOKS LIKE McDonalds IS LOSING THIS CUSTOMER FOR GOOD HERE IN SPRINGFIELD!
Ridiculous. We waited in the drive-thru (with zero car waiting) for like 15 minutes because the cashier said she’s counting her drawer and we had to wait. So we patiently waited….Then the lady told us to pull forward to the first window for them to tell us that they switching drawers and we need to drive back through the order window to order!!! Smh….ridiculous service.
