Bad experience in drive thru. Shake machine was not mixing properly and when I questioned my shake looking vanilla I was treated rudely. Told I didn't have a choice and that's what her manager said. I was caught off guard and felt berated for ordering. She Terry Bradshawed me.
Drive thru was very unorganized, and they unfortunately messed up our drinks, which you always find out blocks away.
Took away my 5 star rating. There’s been a lot of inconsistencies here for about a half a year now. This used to be my go to and favorite McDonald’s in down. They mess up my order or short me food a lot. Tonight I ordered a size large meal and got a medium coke instead of a large. Asked for extra cheese and only got a half piece extra instead of a whole piece. Didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t even complain to a manager, if I pay extra for something like extra cheese I expect the whole piece. They’ve also done things in the past like when I ordered a hamburger kids meal charged me for a cheeseburger kids meal and put no cheese, making me pay extra. I’ve had to call them out on this multiple times. They shorted me also on a McDouble and just handed it to me out the window, didn’t seem to care I had to go back through the line and the rest of my family’s food was cold. Going to stop going to this location.
This is our neighborhood McDonald’s and it is consistently the best around in food quality and service. Always fresh, always fast.
Even though I had a mistake on my order the General Manager was understanding & made it right. But as a patron I also understand mistakes happen. Be understanding when reporting a problem, not in anger but in understanding. You get so much farther with kindness & companion.
I usually like this location but everytime I’ve been the staff just doesn’t care, I know it’s stressful because I’ve worked fast food and retail for years but dang the staff ignores you. Went thru a non busy drive thru and was told a 2 minute wait for a freeze cause it needed to refresh, that’s fine. We ordered at 3:42 and at4 we had to go inside to ask about a slush. Instead of owning up the the problem when my bf kindly asked for the slush with the receipt, the main cashier walked to the back and the front counter girl slowly got a slush and barely apologized. Pretty annoyed, staff needs to care more about what they’re doing and not cancel orders when they pull them forward.
I don't eat at McDonalds unless it's this one. They're fast, friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. If you have kids this one has the kids play area ?
It was alright. They messed up our order and I didn't notice until I got home. Drive thru line was crazy long, so I know they were busy. I'll still be back tho. Employees were busting their butts to keep up.
Food was great!! Order taker kinda moody!! But the 2nd person who passed out the food was extremely pleasant!!!
My daughter is chicken nuggets weren't even done pathetic do better I also work fast food so I understand it's stressful
