As far as McDonald's go this one seems to be a good 1. Staff is friendly and accurate. Clean, No sticky floors
Horrible, never gets order correct and doesn't rectify when called out.
WORST McDonalds in Springfield by FAR. Look at how many reviews mention how horrible and rude the staff is. They are this way bc ownership is completely absent. Clearly the owners just see this as a cash cow and don’t have any pride in their business. The owners need to have their franchise taken away. I’ve had several terrible experiences with this restaurant. This morning, I was yelled at by a short blonde drive through attendant bc I had the audacity to ask if they had forgotten about me after they made me pull up to the “drive thru” waiting spot. I waited for 15 minutes as several cars got their food and she screamed “OH MY GOD WE ARE LITERALLY JUST FIGURING IT OUT”. Threw my bag at me and slammed the drive thru door in my face. It takes a special effort to be THIS terrible. McDonalds headquarters just needs to take this away from the owners, fire all staff members, and start over.
They gave me a chicken sandwich without bread just the meat and I asked for fries they literally put 3 individual fries in the bag. It’s okay they gonna work fast food until they’re 90. Gonna be on oxygen working at McDonald’s
Usually pretty happy with the food and service that McDonald's provides at their price point. However today was not the case. Ordered a McDouble bundle and was given a daily double sandwich with no fries and toppings that I did not want on a sandwich. Also was made to pull forward and wait an extra 5 minutes to get my sandwich in a busy drive thru. So in order to get my order right I would have had to wait in another long drive-thru line or go inside. Not worth it.
Ordered a meal, got home all I had was fries and a drink, no sandwich. I waited about 15 minutes to get order and it wasn't right. Had to drive back to get my sandwich. They are very slow
Why is this McDonald’s even open you help everybody else in line but yet I was waiting there For you to answer back you ignored me and helped everyone else why would I give you any More than a one star review if I can actually make you a negative star I would you want $15 an hour but yet you won’t work like you are earning $15 an hour minimum wage is there for a reason and you sure Scream why the minimum wage shouldn’t go up
They should probably teach the crew about the rewards and the apps. No one know how to use it or how to pay with cash while using the rewards. It's stupid.
If I could give it a zero I would!! Who needs to patronize a restaurant where the staff yells at you because they are having a bad day. I was the only one at the drive up windows in the middle of the day and no one answered either speaker, so I drove to the window to place my oder. The worker was joking with 2 other employees and became irritated and yelling at me because I drove to the window. She said I wasn't the only customer in the restaurant and she hated her job and was only there because she had to be and wouldn't take my order. She continued her rant so I thought if I was sympathic it might help. I apologized 3 times for her problems and eventually I told her to stop I had a young child in the car. Finally she did but not before my little one said, don't go to this McDonald's, they yell at you. Management, you have definitely failed you customers!!
They messed up my order. I ordered a coke, but I got a Cherry Coke instead. I have severe allergies and not just about push me over the edge. Thankfully I only took one swallow.
