Food was good, but there were several things missed in our order. We didn’t received the chips or the pickle, and my salad didn’t have cranberries, when I specifically chose it because of them. As said, food was good and we enjoyed it, but we would have liked to know if those items were not available and have the option to pick something else. Review your order before you leave!!!
Went here for lunch, the cashier working drive through( automn was her name I believe) rude, and failed to communicate that they had a huge order before me, instead let me sit there for fifteen mins.. mind you I have 30 mins to eat. I honked and asked how long she rudely replied it’s coming! So I waited another idk 3 or so mins. Went inside and calmly with my arms crossed waitedIn line to get my order quicker, hoping anyways. As I get asked by the manager if I had been helped, i proceeded to say yes I have been waiting in your drive through for fifteen mins and kinda in a hurry! No problem, he sees my order sitting right there the whole time. Gives me my food and I leave, in a hurry. Never once did I be rude to anyone, if my impatience is showing on my face, I surely apologize, a little communication from your employee would have avoided all of thisConfusion! Won’t be going back.

Food was very good, nice portions, friendly but slow service.
So polite and everyone seemed happy to work there. The McAllisters club and potato salad was amazing. Was our first time can’t say though good stuff.
Gal who took order friendly. But one hour later no food. Received full refund and went somewhere else. Sad thing is there were 4 groups waiting for food 2 groups of 2 and 2 groups of 4. Plus, 3 cars at drive up. One other couple ahead us left without food.

I have been here on several occasions. The service continues to get worse. The food is overpriced but good. The service is horrible.
After waiting for 15 minutes one car ahead of me in the drive-through after ordering a salad, I left, went to Panera and got a similar salad and was out of there drive-through with four cars ahead of me, as the others were still there waiting at mcallisters
