I had the salmon and mom had Chicken piccata. We both were very happy. I was amazed at all the top shelf bourbon and whiskey varieties.
We were invited to Mariah's for dinner with friends. We live over 2 hours away and did not relish the thought of driving that far but decided to go anyway as we had heard such great things about this place. When we arrived we were greeted by a professional, friendly staff and were seated immediately. We kind of felt like royalty as even the owner came to the table to recommend items and chit chat. As expected, the food was amazing!! Better than the food, however, was the whole experience. It felt more like a dinner party thrown in our honor. We will definitely come back!
First off let me say the service from the staff is off the radar .. Overall i had a wonderful experience .. This was my first time going & im just overwhelmed w/ how good the food , service & environment .. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO VISIT THEM .. i will definitely be back ?
Stopped in for dinner for our first time. The food and the service was top shelf. Our dinners were delicious and prepared with amazing skill and care. The drink list was very diverse and all great selections. We were lucky enough to have the head butcher as our waiter and his recommendations were on point. We will be returning here on our drive home.
Love the atmosphere and our server Ben L was great and very welcoming. The food was great and my family and I can’t wait to return.
Maria's Steakhouse and Pasta provided an excellent experience for our extended family. Every member in our party enjoyed each flavor packed morsel, including my picky teenage son. I had the Wild Crimini Mushroom Ravioli, my husband and son choose the manicotti, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law choose the tilapia, my father-in-law had the chicken parmesan, and my brother-in-law choose a dish that combined the chicken parmesan, manicotti, and a third item. In addition, we selected the toasted Ravioli appetizer, chocolate martinis, and beer. Our server, Mitch, was on point all evening. The only disappointment is we don't live close enough to visit this establishment on a regular basis. We will always remember the wonderful experience our family had eating at Maria's and we will be sure to eat there every opportunity we get.

Liked this place so much came back a second time. Having the opportunity to eat all over the world can honestly say this place can easily compete. A great menu and daily specials. Outstanding bar and one of the best bourbon lists ever. That is because Mitch Luster makes it happen. Try to get him as your server and ask if he will offer any of his personally made Burbon. As a bourbon lover I assure you you will not regret it. This is one of those places worthy of more that one visit and Mitch is worth waiting for...........this is the jewel of Springfield
5 stars. Would give 6. They have the best bourbon list in Springfield bar none and they barrel their own. The bourbon flights are amazing. And the steak here is excellent. Had the prime grade strip and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My wife had the lamb osso buoco and she literally just pulled the bone straight out. If you haven't been to Mariah's give it a try, if you havent been in a few years, give it another try. Best kept secret on the West side.
