If I could give the dining experience I just had this past weekend zero stars I would. I am very disappointed, because this has become one of my favorite restaurants. I don’t know what was happening this weekend though, after me and my guest were seated, we had to wait almost 20 minutes for anyone to come over to us and take our order. Yes, I admit it was a bit crowded but there were a lot of people leaving out after they finished eating. So there is no excuse for treating people in such a way. All I have to say is that when we finally received our bread it was fresh and delicious. And then, I ended up ordering a ceasar salad, when I finally got it, it was pretty decent. We waited almost about an hour for our main courses to come, and when they did, my guest chicken wings came out burnt along with some dry fries. And my spicy chicken bites also came out burnt and wasn’t that good. We tried to get someone’s attention to tell them to take it back and remake it, but our waiter was no where to be found. So we just ate it.

We love LongHorn steakhouse. We always get steak, we've had the ribeye, the porterhouse and the new York strip and they have all been delicious. They also have my favorite side salad and bread in town by far. The service is also always very good. When the pandemic shut down eat-in dining, we ordered curb side quite often and the food and service was still very good. I've seen some people on their reviews say they had issues with the curb side but personally we never did. I actually commented to my fiance a couple times how impressed I was with everything that came with our to-go orders. Especially considering how busy this restaurant gets. I feel like some people tend to take it personally when things get busy and they are made to wait. We personally have never felt like we waited too long or that the staff wasn't working as fast as they could to get us seated and served as soon as possible and we have been going here at least a couple times a month for years. I definitely recommend giving these guys your business..

I have came here several times with my dad and the experience is always good. We always get cheese fries, minus the chili that comes on it, and a steak. I love coming here but I always feel that the restaurant is to elegant to come to in a t-shirt and sneakers.

30 minute wait which I wouldn't have minded if when we were finally seated I saw numerous tables available. After being seated we ordered drinks that didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. Ordered an appetizer that never came. We were given bread but server didn't return to take our order for another 20-30 minutes. Our salads arrived a few minutes prior to our meals. My meal was good but my wife and mother in law's chicken strip meals were puny (slightly bigger than popcorn chicken). Fortunately they both ordered 9 pieces so there were still plenty to be shared amongst the 4 of us. The server seemed to want to rush us out as we were given our check just a few minutes after our meals arrived at which point we told her we may be ordering desserts. She returned again a few minutes after to ask about our dessert order (again not even halfway through our meal). We were there 2 hours total due to waiting for a table and slow service. We still tipped well even though our service was disappointing.

I got sweet raspberry ice tea and the mac n' cheese. The tea was amazing. The mac n' cheese was really good too but the tea was by far my favorite part. The people were really nice too. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

We love having dinner at Longhorn. The service and staff are always spot on, personable and they make every effort for you to have a very pleasant dining experience. Their entrées are so delicious and very reasonably priced. We always look forward to dining there. Don't hesitate to try Longhorn! We think they're the best steakhouse in town!

Our dinner was phenomenal. However, it seemed as though we were forgotten about. Normally that would be somewhat understandable if they were extremely busy, but that was not the case. The server was very friendly, and the environment was good.

My family went to this place after a celebration of life services. They seated us after a half hour wait. Then never served us. No water was offered no drink orders taken. Yet they continued to seat and serve those who came after us. The manager and staff formed a huddle and discussed something for over 20 minutes. The meeting broke up and they all disappeared to the kitchen. Never came over and offered an explanation. We eventually left and vowed never to return. They all need to be replaced if this is how they treat the customers they don’t prefer to serve.

Ordered a To Go Order—- Had to walk in because there were no more to go parking spots. Walked in, 1st waitress at to go area was snippy and rude when I asked about my order. Sat at the bar to wait on my order and the bartender did not even acknowledge my presence. I then asked another waitress about my order and she went straight to the back and gave it to me. Got home only for my medium rare steak to be well done. Ive given this place 1 too many chances and I am done after tonight.
