Awful we ordered 2 meals 1 meal was 2 piece of fish w ff 2nd meal was 2 fish and chicken added an order of clams... the fish looked weird and flat no taste and the chicken was so tuff.. the clams was ok just not very many like it was half an order it was not worth the 35.00 bucks
I wouldnt get drinks here. $10 for 3 drinks (32 oz). Waste of money right there. I will go to a gas station for drinks next time..they make it seem like it’s part of a meal. But no you’re getting charged for it.
I enjoy coming here and sitting down to eat every time. I feel like people forgot they exist but they're still delicious as ever!
Super impressed with this visit. Unfortunately the lobby was closed and they had everyone use the drive through. They took my coupon without any issue and parked me. Very soon after fresh hot food brought to me. All were very friendly and happy to be at work... As anyone should be... Happy I choose them that night.
I've never visited this location before. I was not impressed. The chicken planks tasted like they were old. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive- thru. This is expected with fresh food. We definitely didn't get fresh food. I asked for several condiments. I also asked for extra malt vinegar. I didn't receive any. We drive 35 minutes just for Long John silvers. Next time I'll visit Dirkson Parkway location. We never had a problem at that location.
Have to admitt, it has gotten 10 times better than before. The A&W double cheeseburger is one of the best in town. Their fish & chicken planks are not as greasy as before. Now the wait time could be better but I believe everything is cooked as you order
I was shorted fish in my fish/chicken combo and when I called to ask if I could get fish when I come back they told me I only paid for chicken but when I found my receipt I discovered they were completely lying to me on the phone.They left out half of my order and then never offered to make it right. Never again with this place they are only out to short people items that they paid money for.
I appreciate the one worker (I never caught his name, unfortunately) who made sure our order wasn't forgotten, but otherwise the place seemed pretty disorganized.
Haven’t been to Long John Silvers in ages … don’t have many in California where I live. Tastes just like I remember. The restaurant is showing its age, but hey … it’s really about the walk down memory lane.
Friendly employees, order was up fast and the food was hot and fresh. They did forget an item I ordered but otherwise good service
