Chick had an attitude. Asked us what donuts we wanted and confirmed and still ended up giving us the wrong donuts. If ur gonna work the job. WORK the job. Don’t be there for the money. AND LISTEN AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING. She had a whole attitude and very negative about us simply ordering the donuts to begin with

My doughnuts were extremely hot!. Like blisters hot.! The taste was pretty stale too....I appreciated the hard work the lady in the window gave us though.
I love Krispy Kreme and have never had any complaints about the donuts or customer service. But the last time I went to Krispy Kreme the glaze on the glazed donuts was very thin and they didn't taste very good. My brother bought some glazed donuts from the same store the very next day and they were fine so I guess the store was having a bit of an issue glazing the donuts on that one day.
First time in a Krispy Kreme. Wow! The front counter employee was so friendly, helpful, energetic, and happy. Our donuts were super fresh and delicious. Lots of great options. Valentine's Day themed donuts were a hit with our teens. The store was very clean. The restroom was spotless and stocked. We will definitely be back, when we are in that area in the future! What a great first experience! :)
Best donuts in Springfield. Best when fresh. I wish there were more locations.
