The food is usually horrible and cold but this time it was fresh and hot ?.
Customer service is good but the meal I ordered was very dry and not even fresh chicken sandwich, fries, and two sides macaroni and cold slaw I would not recommend this place at all.
Was the only car on the drive thru and waited 10 minutes to not even get the full order that we paid for! Definitely not using this kfc again!
always disappointed I always order large family meals every time gets worse. tonight the chicken tasted horrible the gravy was burnt dark brown looked like chocolate threw it all away
If I could of gave them no stars I would have. Went there today 4/18 at 430 pm, when I got home with my order the food was hard and dry, was not a ke to eat it. They gave me 5 biscuits that was less than a half inch high and could not chew ,when tried calling them they never picked up40 rings each time I dialed 26.78 cents waisted. I have never had this bad of a meal. I have managed food 40 years. If my employees sent food out like that I would of fired them.
My order was wrongI ordered 3 piece all white and got a 2 piece dark. And my chicken was cold. Tried calling twice and no one would answer the phone. Disappointed for sure!
Stay away. Worst KFC ever. The chicken was very stale and rubbery I couldn't chew it. Had to throw the meal away. Also some items were missing from the order.
8 pieces amounted to 4 wings 3 drumsticks and 2 breast no thighs I would have been ok if they had at least let me know that they had to do substitution and maybe 1 breast for 2 thighs instead of dried out drumsticks and wings
Chicken was cold, Dry and tasted like it was sitting there from yesterday. Soft drink was warm, They said the ice machine was broken.I did a drive thru order, I was very disappointed with the poor quality when I got home. Will never be back.
