The KFC here is amazing. I got fast service and the people working there are super nice. I would recommend anyone to come here. The food is good here. I enjoyed being here. The drive thru is pretty quick too which is great. And have a lovely day.
This is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited. The staff is the absolute worst. Rude, unprofessional, untrained, unkept. They would rather stand around and talk instead of helping customers. You can definitely tell the chicken had been sitting out for some time as I could not bite through it. The biscuits were rock hard as well. It is noticable that the location is losing business the fact that corporate/owner has yet to step in shows just how much they care!
We ordered online and waited until the appropriate time to pick up. I pulled to the drive thru where no one was waiting before I could say anything more than "I am picking up" the person said "nuh uh, you gotta come in for that". We went in and were told she was getting it started. No air inside, feel bad for the workers. They were carrying what appeared to be frozen water balloons to stay cool. Of the 5 employees one was scooping the sides together for our order. It took about 10 additional minutes to get the order together.We had ordered the Side Lovers 8 piece tenders meal with 4 biscuits a large mashed potatoes and gravy, large mac n cheese and fries. We added 2 more large mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 drinks. What we got was 8 small bits of dried up chicken, 3 mashed no gravy, burnt mac n cheese and 4 pancakes. I went back in to get the gravy and fries. They gave me one gravy and a half box of fries. They were not busy, but the dining room was dirty and the entire floor was sticky.I tried to be courteous and give them a 25 minute heads up as I know the service industry is really awful right now. It seems higher wages has led to a worse working environment and the need to hire sub par employees just to be able to have a body in the store. Needless to say we won't be back.
I ordered a two piece dark meat original and got one extra crispy “breast” - even it was odd shaped and just one piece, not two.Was not told my order wasn’t able to be filled as ordered. Also, who needs 6 packs of hot sauce and 5 ketchup for a famous bowl and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes?Oh, and it was 4:15 and I was the only person in the drive thru.
Floors were freshly mopped, and still sticky. Chicken breading was soft and mushy. On the bright side, the employees had their gangster rap blaring very loud, so if you want to feel like you're in a club while eating gross food, this is the place to be!
The chicken strips were good. The problem is I got all the way home and they didn't put the dipping sauce in the bag. Had to drive back to get it. Knowing that my food was cold, the employee offered to put it in the microwave. No thanks. I have a microwave. Thought that he's offer to remake the order. Couldn't get it right the first time. That's why they make the big bucks I guess. Normally I wouldn't be upset about missing dipping sauce. That's the only reason why I got the chicken. Lol
Long wait. Chicken over cooked. Biscuits burnt. Wasn't told they only had extra crispy until after I paid and waited too long to go elsewhere. Soda was 90 percent ice. I will never go there again. The staff was not friendly either
Got to be the worse KFC in the world. I am putting this out there because the young black guy working drive thru was trying to be very slick. He charge me $20.82 twice for 2 nasty meals that wasn’t even right. I gave him my debit card at first and then he said he can give me change for a $50 so he gave me change and then took my cash for $20.80 and I get home and he charge my card. I called the bank and it has cleared. The bank said I can dispute it but I feel sorry for you!! You where nice trying to be slick. I let you keep my $$ cause if you have to take customers $$ then something is wrong and I hope you get help. I would have given you $20. Soo unprofessional!!
Went to So 6th street at 4:50 and was told no chicken for 25 min. Went back at 5:20 and again no chicken for 25in. No asking what you wanted, no we are sorry. Went to W Jefferson and they were very pleasant even checked that they had enough original for my order. I went back to So 6th on my way home and they were still telling people 25 min.
Yeah except today when I got one that you couldn't tear apart, let alone bite into. We had stopped going to this location a year ago for dried out heat lamped chicken and no service, really wanted the good old KFC chicken again today so we risked it. Sandwich was disgusting and hubby's 2 piece dinner came with dried chicken and mashed instead of requested fries. Sad we just won't try KFC again.
