Really good sandwhich and at least you get a sandwhich for the price you pay for.

I usually do not leave reviews, because any person or business can have a bad day. However, in the last month, I’ve ordered delivery from the N Dirksen location 5 times, and 4 of these orders took over an hour to arrive. The 5th took 45 minutes. While I understand that understaffing is plaguing multiple industries, I would rather be told the store has closed ordering for a period of time than order food and not receive it for an hour, when the product is advertised as “freaky fast”. I will not order again, as the delivery cost has increased and the performance has been sub-par.
These guys and gals KILL IT every single time I go here! We order to-go here a lot and they are ALWAYS on it! We have never had one problem yet! The food is always ready. Even when we order last minute they have it ready to go! The orders are always correct. They just make it easy to order and grab your food and be happy about it every single time!
Had a kid that delivered my sandwich throw a tantrum in my works parking lot. Been ordering from this location for years and always tip. For whatever reason it didn’t go through on my card. Before I get the receipt in my hand he suggest putting a tip, I said I already did. Then the snobby remarks began. Of course now your definitely not getting a tip regardless. Then he mumbles some stuff while walking out of my work. Throws open his car door and balls up the receipt, then throws the receipt as hard as he can in the car. Hey good job kid. My bad the two dollar tip didn’t wasn’t there. Truly a mistake on my part, I guess. Will not order from that location again.
I’m in here at 623 on April 14th. There is only one one guy here working. Taking orders marking food and answering phone. This place needs to hire more people but this guy is killing it and doing an amazing job.
My wife and I placed a rather large order from the Dirckson Ave site. We have ordered from here before and have been hit or miss but this will be the last.We ordered 5 sandwiches and they got 5 sandwiches wrong. 1st, no vinaigrette, all 5 sandwiches had vinaigrette. 2 orders with bacon, no bacon but plenty of jalapeños that we didn't ask for on all 5 sandwiches. Sandwiches with double meat we didn't ask for and others that were missing double meat.Just way too many errors and considering I live in Rochester it would have been a long time ro go back.Guys, get your act together, we're going somewhere else. The mistakes are not worth the cost and definitely not worth $15 an hour.
10 minute wait to get my order... told me they were pulling together a delivery order. Come on JJ... I drove to YOU to get my food and you make me stand there waiting so you can make someone’s food that called in an order?? Get it right......
I always love Jimmy John’s. They got one of my sandwiches wrong but when I told them about it they fixed it no charge. Very nice people working here.
