Very DIRTY restaurant! Food quality is a negative 10. Cooks don't follow directions. Plating of food is not appealing!No silverware, no apple or orange juice.Food sat on table next to us the entire time we dined in.But Jacob had great customer service through it all.

I went into IHOP to pick up a Doordash. The staff was nice, but the upkeep of this place is very bad. Dirty floors, dirty tables, and the floor of the entrance was sticky. Tiles are cracked, floor trim is missing and looks disgusting. The wait time was a little long but not too frustrating. Looks very understaffed also. Would not recommend at least as of July 2022.

I frequent IHOPs quite a bit back in Wisconsin. How this restaurant location stays open is beyond me. Stopped here as a pitstop to a southern state destination, thought 'Wow, nobody's here, we'll get quick service' ...let that be your redflag. Sat down and noticed all the tables lack cleanliness. Observed an employee wet a rag under water only and thats how they "clean" booths. I ordered the Swedish crepes plate, asked for no berries or butter but would still wish to have the powdered sugar, and my boyfriend ordered the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt with no avocado, which from the looks of the picture on the menu had both our mouths watering. Waitress first brings out my crepes, only 2 of them on a tiny plate which there should be 4. No powdered sugar. I stated 'There should be 4' ..Comes back over and added 2 more crepes on top of the tiny plate. I ask for a normal sized plate otherwise my syrup would be everywhere. The server couldnt even make eye contact. Then, my boyfriends melt comes out. Looks like 2 pieces of toast stacked, wondering did they forget the fixings? The smallest amount I've ever seen on a sandwich, missing the mayo which states right in the menu what's on it. He asks for a cup of mayo and it comes back with mayo all over the outside of the cup. They still failed to acknowledge my crepes had zero powdered sugar which was asked for. Prior to leaving, decided to use the restroom so we wouldn't have to make another stop on our road trip to notice that the restrooms were in no better shape than the restaurant and reaked of urine. Would not recommend stopping at this place, at all.

Had a very bad experience with their to go service. Ordered three meals. Did not get the correct salads. As for my tilapia plate that was something to laugh at. I received a portion if one tilapia and over cooked. It's supposed to be two decent size pieces of fish. The size of that one piece of fish was an insult. I thought it was a joke. A bar of soup is bigger than that piece of fish. Also there was no rice in my to go order. It comes with two sides. I will never be eating there again. What a disappointment.

They need to work on this location. I close late at my job and have gone here 3 times in the past 2 months and it gets worse every time. The late staff are overwhelmed with customers. Tonight, I walked in and was told to pick a table and she would be right with me. There were three tables of customers, nine dirty tables and one untouched one in the middle. I took that one and it took a few minutes for her to ask what I wanted to drink. After she delivered the coffee, she ran food to one of the tables and started doing other things. When she passed me ten minutes later, I had to flag her down and tell her that I wanted to order something to eat. She immediately took my order. When it quickly arrived, I had to ask for silverware. After a few minutes of not getting any, I walked myself up to the host stand and got my own.\\nThis location is clearly not staffed enough to be open 24 hours. Maybe for to go only, but all three times my experience was like this. Please get these people some help!

We visited this restaurant with our class and we had great customer service! The food was very good and cooked to order. Thanks!!?

My mom and I came here for breakfast on 4/30/22. We were seated right away and the gentleman was very polite, accommodating, and friendly. The waitress very abruptly asked us if we were ready to order (we were just seated barely 5 minutes). She didn’t write anything down and looked like she had just woken up. The food was good, but the wait staff needs some serious training. It took then roughly 10 minutes to figure out which was our order (mine wasn’t even complete). I had to ask for a coffee refill several times before getting one. The wait staff spent more time bickering with each other and being unprofessional than checking in on the customers. The floor was filthy and there were chairs everywhere. The only reason this place even gets 1 star is because of the server that seated us. Do not come to this place.

I can’t say I’ve ever had such horrible customer service. Parking was great, and the place was clean. From there everything went downhill. We waited an hour before we even seen who our waitress was. When I see that this lady had our section I called her over politely and asked if we were able to put our order in and have drinks. She was rude and looked unkempt, saying she is the only one serving and she’s trying to get orders, mind you, she was moving slow as molasses. Then she never came back to the table (This was Sunday 4/24/22 around noon she had dark brown hair pale greasy white skin glasses and a deeper voice). Other tables started walking out, a man walked up to the fron and said very sternly- “I need my check NOW,” a young girl walked out of the kitchen crying, the table next to us waited for their to go containers for a hour after they had eaten, and a group of people were talking loud in the kitchen sounding like there was a party going on. We did eventually get drinks from ONE man I seen working the tables and he seemed like he was working HARD trying to keep them afloat. Later a server came over, looked at us, rolled his eyes and asked us if we seen our waitress. I told him about our encounter and he apologized and checked on our food. He came back over looking very mortified and said “I’m so sorry, they haven’t started cooking your food yet.” At this point we had been waiting 2 hours, and my mood was shot- I wanted to have a word with that greasy waitress. So we kindly told him that we were good, they didn’t comp it or anything but I Damn sure did not pay for our lemonade and coffees. I’ve been here once before maybe 6 months ago and it was great. Maybe it was a bad day, but it was terrible. Get it together on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

food was not cooked properly, customer service was horrible, employees standing around talking and joking and not checking on customers. never will come back

Good Belgian Waffles! And wonderful service and atmosphere
