Place is decent. Something changed in the way they cook the chicken, can't pinpoint what. Not as good as I remember. Fresh oysters in the menu, but staff said that they have never served it or carry it. I will never come back to this place again nor will I recommend it.
Went for wing special and slider platter. Food excellent...but it seems to take awhile for service to start. Meal was excellent, cold beer excellent, and plenty of TV coverage to enjoy with servers!
I just had dinner at this hooters and it was an awesome experience! I’ve had a week from HELLand my waitress who I believe name was Abbi sat at the table I was eating at and we had a really good conversation. We both agreed you never know what someone may be going through. I don’t know if she will ever see this but I can only hope that she knows how much I appreciate her compassion and the conversation we had. Sometimes when your going through a rough patch it really helps to talk to someone, even if it’s a complete stranger. So Abbi if you do see this THANK YOU!!PS. The food was also delicious!
We got there at 4:15 we were seated right away. The waitress took our drink order right away. It came within a few minutes then took our order right away. We had our food in maybe 15 minutes. They were great. Food was great. In and out in 45 minutes.
Arrived at 8:08 and was seated promptly. The waitresses took our drink order and then forgot about us. We had to find her 15 minutes later to check for our drinks and order our food. In the meantime, people arrived at the table next to us,and their waitress took their order and brought their drinks. 35 minutes later, we left without a drink, food, or even a glass of water.
First time back in a very long time. Last time in was very disappointing. This time food and service were much better. Our waitress was very attentive and quickly fixed an issue we had. The only reason this is not a 5 star review were the other waitresses. A lot of them were cussing within earshot of my table and it seemed like the management didn't care. So while I may not dine in again anytime soon I would consider getting the food to go. Just a warning of what you may encounter at this location should you eat in.
After waiting for 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, they switched the server because another table requested her. The new server said my order was in. I then waited another long period of time while my meal sat on the counter. Delivered without tarter sauce or the requested mustard, I had to wait a third time before I could eat. By then the sandwich was no longer hot and not very good. They do not seem to value solo customers. I had a similar experience last winter.
Had to wait over 20 mins to be seated with SEVERAL tables open because they only had 1 cook. Only 2 waitresses in the place. Food was very sub par. Wings were less than Wal-Mart quality... Which isn't a good thing at all. We usually go to hooters in the Quad Cities because we live up that way, it's 10x's the place this is. Will not make a point to return
Service was mediocre. Food was decent but mainly how do you operate a restaurant and not do anything with the facility in over 2 decades. Still had the same window decals from the 90's it looks like. And definitely doesn't match the employees inside ?
