Very disappointed! Love Head west but tonight both bread and brownies were stale! Not the usual Head West experience!

Life!!!! The staff rocked!!! Tried the jerk chicken soup!!! Awesome!!! And the sandwich just took me to heaven!!!???????????? Great job guys!!

Poor service, didn’t have a mask to wear and was offered no alternate solution besides leave. Not a paper mask provided by them, not curbside service, nothing. I drove 2 hours for headwest and that was s ridiculous

This is part of the local sub chain that has several throughout the city. This one is across the street from the Hoogland center for the arts in the downtown area. The sandwiches here are consistently good particularly the ones with the sweet bread. Lots of options are available and made to order and my favorite is the turkey provolone.
Was in Springfield looking 4 something close because i was on foot at the statehouse, real glad i came upon this place. Had the turkey provolone toasted, yum. The bread was so fresh & toasted so well, my mouth wasn't cut up. The guy that made my sandwich was so sweet appreciate the service.
