Great store, horrible staff. Always getting orders incorrect 9/10 times. Even if said order is sent online where they can visually see what was ordered.
Very disappointed! Love Head west but tonight both bread and brownies were stale! Not the usual Head West experience!

Not good at all!! Turkey, Bacon Ranch and it had no bacon. The previous time I ordered I came home with all 3 subs not even the ones I ordered, I live like 25/30 mi. Away and when I called them they said bring them back and upon explaining how far away I lived they informed me if didn't like it email the owner, which I did and never did hear back. I have been a loyal Head West fan for years but this was the end for me.
Great food with awesome employees who go above and beyond. Don't find that much anymore!
I waited over an hour for my lunch only to have my entire order cancelled. This is not the first time I've had bad service from them but it is for sure the last. You've had way too many chances Head West. Please close your doors forever!!!
Food is good and location is convenient cause it's close to school. But they are a bit skimpy on portions at this store compared to others. Also the employees are always mad at each other and rude/monotone to customers. Overall it makes me want to go to other locations and avoid this one from now on.
Poor service, didn’t have a mask to wear and was offered no alternate solution besides leave. Not a paper mask provided by them, not curbside service, nothing. I drove 2 hours for headwest and that was s ridiculous
Very rude , acting like they do not want to do their job , being snobby to customers, if these are two employees that another person has complained about on the review board . I feel that the owner should do something about their attitudes towards customers
Food is good no complaints. Staff rude. Felt like I was hassling them by giving my business
