I ordered a 20 ounce Iced Chai and paid for a 20 ounce Iced Chai but received a 16 ounce. I even questioned the lady if it was a large when she handed it to me because I’ve had the large Chai many times and it clearly was not, but she stated that it was, so once I got home I measured the amount of liquid the cup holds and it’s only a 16.
I drive out of my way to go to Grab-A-Java on South 6th St because I vote with my dollars. This coffee drive-thru on the right a few blocks South of S Grand Ave is the best. It is fast, coffee tastes great, food is fresh & tastes great, people are incredibly friendly, and it's a locally owned part of our community. Plus, you need to go even if it's just to see the original artwork on the sign by a local artist. Everyone is so nice and they always love to see MadD (Mad-Dog; pronounced Maddy). Then again, who wouldn't? ? ?if you like this review. It'll help me do better in the next review.

Not only is this coffee BOMB AF, but the baristas are the kindest and friendliest people! They gave us two puppycinos for our dogs, and my dogs were pleased aswell! 10/10!! The coffee is so flavorful too!
Grab-A-Jave is a local FAVORITE if you want quality coffee with real ingredients. The staff is friendly, the coffee is fresh, and it's so easy to navigate through with two drive-up windows!
This is a great local coffee spot. The coffee is great and the chai latte is very good as well. It's much better Starbucks or DD.
Wonderful place that’s delicious and fun
Absolutely love their coffee, best in Springfield in my opinion. Unfortunately my last few visits the staff have been rather rude. While I completely understand the morning rush, the barista would not even let me get my order out before interrupting to finish my sentence. When they stated the wrong drink I politely corrected to what I would actually like to order and the rest of the experience the barista was completely rude, snagged my card slammed the window shut and didn’t say another word except a snarky have a good day.
Not only do I love your coffee, but a gift card for Grab a Java may have saved my life today. I forgot my ice scraper this morning and when I left work I was kind of panicking. I was looking for something to scrape my windshield with and saw my gift card. Worked well enough to get me home.
Good non-chain coffee shop. Quick and friendly service. Good variety of drinks. Not a place for specialty coffees.
