Pricey, but excellent food and service! Very well-prepared food and cold treats.Current staff here is absolutely wonderful!
Stopped here going back to our hometown after a doctor's appointment a week ago and it was iffy. We were the only car in the drive through and only ordered a burger meal a soda and some custard. The custard was pretty great, burger was good, fries were a bit cold but still okay... But the soda? It tasted like it was made with toilet water. Do yourself a favor and skip the sodas
I absolutely love Freddy’s and so this hurts! This review is left because I was sitting at a local brewery next to Freddy’s and witnessed this. Sign says they are open till 10:00 pm. They locked the doors at 8:45 pm. There were at least 8 to 10 people that stopped and were turned away. Employees just stood inside and talked to each other. One employee that left around 9:40 was parked in the very front customer spot. I love Freddy’s but this one did not impress!!
My first ever visit to Freddy's and when I got to the window, the total was incorrectly overcharged. The manager I assume gave me the difference back in cash, and proceeded to hand me the wrong order of food. Not wanting to deal with it, I ate it. Ended up getting sick from it later last night. Won't be back. Would definitely not recommend.
Love the custard the burgers leave something to be desired. And the wait is always so long in the drive thru. But the custard is worth the wait.
I really enjoy the ambiance, The burgers ? and Chilli cheese ? are worth our trip from Peoria to Springfield our state capitol, PS. The Frozen Custard
I don't understand why both stores close at different times. They would get the business if they were open till 9 or 10 pm
We were told they were closed when we walked in lobby at 8pm on Saturday feb 26th 2022 hour posted on the door say 10 pm they have plenty of employees working it’s just a shame that management can’t run this at hours it was intended to be open .
Food was cooked perfectly, staff was courteous. Food was fresh.
Very good food, burgers similar to Culver's just a block West. Lost star for high prices.
