The food was decent (almost identical to Steak-and-Shake), but the service could use some polishing. It had just started to rain when I pulled into the drive-thru line. There was no canopy over the order speaker or the drive-up window, so my shirt sleeve got pretty wet both times that I had to roll down my window. When I placed my order I mentioned that I had an insulated travel cup that I wanted to use for my drink, but when I got to the window I was handed a disposable cup containing my drink. I tried to hand my tumbler to the attendant and asked if he would transfer my drink into my travel cup (so I wouldn't risk spilling it inside my vehicle while pouring it), he thrust the disposable cup into my face and just stared at me. Also, I ordered a turtle sundae since they serve frozen custard instead of soft serve ice cream. The sundae cup was overfilled and already partially melted when it was handed to me, so again another potential mess inside of my car when I removed the snap-on lid. This was my first experience with Freddy's, so I can't say that it's always this way. But as the saying goes, you get only one shot at making a good first impression.
Tables needed to be wiped off. Toilet backed up. Food was good. Service excellent. Very friendly
My strawberry shake, was the best...I had ordered one size, when I got to the window, it wasn't the size I thought,so the lady took the time,without complaining, to fix me a larger one...it was my first time there...I will be back??
First time at Freddy's. We are from Wisconsin so we are used to Culver's. Very similar place. Burgers were good. Shoe string fries were awesome.
Their burgers are devine. Very fresh veggies and great crispy fries. Curds were on the greasy side but still good.
Never heard of this place as an out of towner but i am glad i got to check it out. The burgers are tasty and the custard is life changing. Mozzarella cheese curds are good as well
I've eaten a lot of cheese curds. Maybe I was really hungry, idk, but these were the best I'd ever had.
Cheeseburgers are really good, just like krekels. There is nothing bad in this restaurant. Workers are friendly and happy.

as fast food burger joints go, this was above average. the California Burger seems to be an obvious take on the In-N-Out Double-Double but it was pretty good. kind of spendy for a fast food joint but we weren't unhappy with what we got
