How do you mess up a tea order? They put a tea bag in coffee! Ugh!! Called and was told the manager is Rika and she said she personally did my drink but states she didn't use coffee. Told her regardless of what she says she did, they gave me coffee and there's a tea bag with it! She was rude and hung up on me.

My new neighborhood early morning coffee stop. This is a wonderful Dunkin' donuts.

I am not sure why everyone is having so many problems with the Dunkin’ locations. I always order ahead on the app and it is done within minutes of my ordering. Their food has always been good, the drinks are always correct, and the staff are wonderful people. They work hard and I hope others can see what I have in them!

Leah at this locations is a superstar. I bought a dozen and dropped a dozen in the parking lot. After coming in to toss them she replaced them and would not even accept a tip for her generosity. We need more people like Leah in our lives and if you see her let her know how awesome she is! Whomever manages that location please make sure she gets rewarded for her kindness!

Ordered 4 donuts and 2 orders of mini pancakes. Got my bag of donuts, it was not correct and I gave it back saying this wasn't my order. There was very little to no effort to correct and communicate the issue. I asked what happened to my order because they gave me someone else's, the worker said "I don't know, what do you want?" I told her I wanted what I orderd, she asked me "well what did you order?" Some of the donuts I ordered were out, which I wasn't told when I was ordering them. So I basically got 4 donuts that I didn't really want because there was no other option given to me.

I went to Dunkin' yesterday and ordered a caramel cherry latte and asked the employee to bring me a little ice and when I drank from it I found it all snow I went to her and told her I asked for a little ice and there was another employee who told me that she would bring it again and then he said To me that worker gave me the old drink and she was unpleasant and looked at the one with contempt even though I am their customer and she knows me because she has been working for a long time and sees me every time, I will not go there again, because she is impolite, she was on the way to talk to me

Edited: are now open at 5am, I always enjoy the wake up wraps and hash brownsRepeatedly not open at 5:30am though the hours listed say 5am

Did drive through for grub hub today since the inside of the store is closed, and this is by far the least professional place of business I have been to. First, I sat at the drive through forever. The workers saw me and refused to acknowledge me at all. Then, The girl comes to me at the drive through with no mask on, leans her head out of the window almost into my car. I ask her to please put her mask on (since it was down around her neck) and she refused. Literally would not do it.I can see why there are so many negative reviews ay this place of business. I won’t be picking up any orders here again.

2nd day in a row I did not get what I ordered. I spent over $15 today & still didn't get the full order. I spent just over $12 yesterday & well they got the coffee right... The rest I DID NOT order. If it wasn't for the fact I was going to work I'd turn my car around and go back. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. The DT boy I could not understand, he took an attitude when I tried to ask him for something. He did not give me a receipt, I will never go back to purchase. Maybe CORPORATE NEEDS A CALL

Burned my bagel and hash browns. I ain’t coming back. Thanks for the worst service twice in a row.
