This dominos is Terrible, I guess they don't have GPS for their delivery driver. They send someone to deliver my pizza and they can't find my house so they mark my order as delivered on the app, so I call them and they tell me it's my fault for not updating my phone number SMH. The management there is trash.
Came in late one day. Staff was welcoming and fast. Food was okay but that's more dominos fault than the employees.
Ordered dominos at 7:30 pm tonight. Worked a ten hour shift and tried to get it delivered. An hour and half later still NO pizza. I called the store and waited 17 minutes for someone to answer. The manager answered and informed me they only had 2 delivery drivers . He said it was going to be another hour. No apology, nothing! I canceled my order and will never order from dominoes again. I'm at county market buying pizzas at 9:15 at night. Insanity!!!
Took 38 minutes for carryout, quoted 15. Didn't cut the pizza at all. Got the wrong sauce cup. Big oof.
No hate but pizza not so good ordered only got the pizza and not the drinks paid in full been waiting for an hour now
Not only did they never showed up they canceled the order at 12 when they closed order my pizza at 1030.
so placed a large order with 3 pizzas 3 sides and pasta. it took an hour. the driver drove past our hour 3 times. we are on the cornor of the street. our food was cold and items were missing. spent 20min on the phone with the assistant manager who stated he would remake the missing pizza and sides and deliver it. the pizza delivered was not hot at all the side was meh and the driver was rude as hell tossing the boxes at me and walking off like i had inconvenienced him. also who the hell can cut a pizza? it was Brooklyn style and the pizza was almost wholy uncut and when i did cut it the size of sliced looked like a Picasso.
Dominos is really setting the expectation high! Ordering is super fast and easy, my order was ready in record time, and my friendly driver, Cal, had excellent communication. I am blown away by how great the whole process is every time.
My pizza was very doughy but the manager made it right. The delivery driver is awesome, when he delivers your food it is still hot, he has a white truck.
I ordered online and they asked me how I want my pizza cut I said square and I got it into a pie shape number two I asked to be well cooked and it come back half raw never had a problem before and all of a sudden I can't get my pizza right from them
