Great atmosphere, chilli is amazing. Friendly staff. We stopped on our Route 66 trip through Illinois & loved it.
We had 3 people, it was 97.00. The waitress didn't write anything down. I ask for boneless wing and was given bone in fatty wings. I could have sent them back. She forgot our chili cheese fries. Chili products is what you should stick with. There were 3 people in the restaurant so that wasn't the issue. Disappointed
Went to play slots . Out a 20 in before I could hit the bottom twice lady comes around the corner asking if we want drinks I said not right this second so she turns to tell my wife she couldnt set next to me or even be in the room with out playing the games mind you one other person was in there besides us and employee might I add and so we won't be back that's for sure .....vary rude and unprofessional no wonder why I never see anyone in the place I seen online that you guys are hiring probably should put some better work into that then you might have some actual customers. #Dewschilliparlor #Dews#top10worst places in town!!!

The prices were very reasonable, but this chili is too salty. Please hold the salt, otherwise the flavors are very good. Lots of beef in the chili!
The service was chaotic. They gave our group of 15 to a server on her first day. It was a mess. I got the Dew chili #3 with spaghetti noodles and the noodles were barely room temperature.

Was not satisfied at this location at all , the waiter repeated my order 2xs and I had to correct her twice and she still got it wrong !! I’m allergic to onions and I specifically said none 2xs big health issue then call my phone after I left the store and told me she can refund me over the phone then called again acting aggressively saying bring the food back the manger got on call and was very rude also …POOR MANGEMENT they both need better attitudes !!! Food wasn’t good cause it wasn’t made how I wanted it a -5
