We were greeted by the most amazing woman!! Receipt said name :Neko Very sweet, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Best service ever!
The customer service girl was so rude, when she was asked by a coworker to take our order she rolled her eyes, and said I guess. So we left the building. No stars for this Dairy Queen!!!
Really stepped up the drive thru service lately-- much quicker and accurate in 2022 than it was year ago.
Went through the drive up this evening, ordered 3 blizzards. The lady taking money at the first window was very pleasant. Line moved along quickly....and then. Pulled up to the second window, waited a couple minutes, was able to notice 3 female employees chit chatting. Then all the sudden, one of the girls, who had been talking, flung the window open stuck a drink carrier, containing my 3 blizzards, out the window and said "here". I grabbed the carrier. Before I even got them in my car window the drive up window had been closed.One of the common complaints with this location is customer service. The common reply from the business is usually how they listen to their customers and try to make things better. Obviously, this is not happening. You need to take steps to correct this recurring issue.
They closed 35 minutes early. We just wanted some dairy-free Dilly Bars. ?♀️ The workers turned off the drive-thru menu. I guess they were just sitting around inside waiting until 9:30 pm. There were four other cars that they missed business from in the five minutes we were there.
Picked up a couple of Sundaes at their take out window, Always a good experience, Can't beat Dairy Queen ice cream.
My fries were cold and I sent them back.
Usually the lady at the window has great customer service. Today however there was a young girl who should not be dealing with people. First she over charged me by 8 dollars and got very rude when I showed her. Then after the manager fixed her error she threw my food at me. When I got back to work we didn't even get our fries. Will never go there again.
DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE THE MANAGER LONDON DOES NOT DO HER JOB RIGHT AT ALL I CALLED ABOUT HAVING A COMPLAINT ABOUT MY FOOD AND IT BEING UNDERCOOKED AND SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME I THEN WENT BACK TO THAT STORE WITH MY FOOD AND SHE PROCEEDED TO ARGUE AND FIGHT WITH ME ABOUT IT AND THEN DECIDED TO CALL ME A SAD PATHETIC EXCUSE SHE DOES NOT DO HER JOB CORRECTLY SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A STAFF AND HOW TO WORK WITH UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS THIS WAS THE MOST UNPLEASANT VISIT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD
