I am amazed at this place. This was my first visit and it was a little different. The food was absolutely delicious!! I had no idea Culver's was this good at the price of they're food! I will be going back to try other things.
This place of amazingly well staffed and the staff have common sense. They get your order right, they're polite, and even when they're busy, they do well.The food is good too!
Food is good and fresh. Everyone really enjoyed what they got. Prices are a little high as fast food goes but it's quality and they don't slack on staff. Everyone is friendly. Portions could be a little bigger.
The service is good here but sometimes the custard has ice chunks like its sat for a while. Other times the custard is perfectly fine which it was on our last visit. They are also still making customers wear a mask which is a bit annoying.
Good burger and ice cream. Fries were crispy and all the food was hot. A bit pricy for what you get however, I did not leave sated.
The employees were very nice, unfortunately The manager was very persistent on all of us where amask. We were in a restaurant. This is the only restaurant that really cared that much. As he kept telling us, we put it on. As we were ordering, he still through a fit when the mask was below our nose. Thank you to the woman who was nice when we were eating.
I want to post two reviews for Culver’s at the Wabash location, but I’m only allowed to post one. I’ll start with the post the that deserves the 1 star rating .The folks that take your money and hand you your drink are wearing the filthiest gloves you can imagine. Blue nitrile gloves with blackened fingertips from handling dozens id not hundreds of credit cards, cash and then your bag of food. Suggestion: Lose the gloves and wash hands… Orrrr!! change gloves more frequently. These nitrile gloves only accumulate the germs from countless people to be passed along to your soda, straw, bag and the credit card or change you get in return.On the good side! The food at this location is always hot and I’d eat there over any fast food restaurant in the city. Great value and my favorite, except the disgusting gloves!Sorry I could leave separate reviews, but it won’t let me.
I love Culvers. This place never disappoints. Every location is equally tasty. When I’m the area, in a hurry, or really craving a decent burger and fries this place is always a safe bet.
I am impressed with the staff. Parking lot almost full and drive thru nonstop and myself being on a motorcycle went inside to order. Staff working nonstop and communicating with each other was like a machine on overdrive and every order correct. Food was fresh and awesome.
I had a delicious pork tenderloin basket. Ordered in drive-thru. Service was very good. Everyone was very personable and polite. Only negative is that there were no napkins in the bag.
