This is a place I would NOT go to again.We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 single burgers with cheese W/ketchup, mustard, and pickle.We received 2 very greasy double burgers (buns were disgusting)with ketchup and mustard.I went inside and they said "Oh! Here is your order."I made the mistake and just looked inside the bag only and went to my car and left.We got a bit from Culver's, to open the burgers. We got 1 burger with cheese W/lettuce, tomato, and pickle only. The other burger with cheese had lettuce and tomato.Both burgers were also ice cold.WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!I was so upset, I didn't want to go back though. I couldn't wait for them to make 2 proper burgers with cheese (ketchup, mustard, and pickle).RIDICULOUS SERVICE AND DISGUSTING FOOD!
The standards at the place have been going down for some time now, at least late at night when I tend to be there. We love Culver's so we still go, but not as often. Staff is unprofessional, errors are way too common, and the wait at the drive through often takes longer than it used to. Food still tastes good once you get it, though. So I guess there's that.
I have eaten at a lot of Culver's over the years and expect always a clean place with good food. This place fell short of the mark. I know things happen and some customers are very dirty, but I have always had good Culvers experiences. The burgers were very greasy and over salted. The worse burgers I ever had at Culver's. The girl's restrooms were filthy, the men's was ok. Bad end to a rainy drive and late night meal on the road.
Just visited this Culver's about an hour before closing, and this place was BUSY! I was very happy to see how well staffed the shop was because the team members were moving fast and working together well. Our food was very fresh, and very good! Props to the crew for getting through a late night rush so well.
Kyle the owner here is a stuck up, narcissistic, full of himself, total j*** with a very fake personality. I was hired here but never showed up on the first day of my shift. Screw Kyle! Plus this restaurant is extremely over priced. Culver's no matter how hard you try, you will never ever be as good as Dairy Queen.
Same good quality, but had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food. Really hurts when you're trying to do a long haul drive. And we expect better out of Culver's.
My son got food poisoning after eating their chicken strips last night. We all ate burgers and are fine. I’m very disappointed beware.
Always good hot food. The deluxe was hot and fresh, the fries were hot and crispy. Yum ?
I like the fries, so when I am in the mood to eat fries (usually follow a low carb diet and don't eat them), Culver's is a place I will go. I like that they cook the food to order, but they need a better system in their drive though waiting line. Some dude pulled in front of me, backed up and then I was blocked from leaving. That's not Culver's fault, but a better pull off system would help.
terrible service. fries were burnt. burgers covered in toppings I specifically asked not to be on it. thank you very much.
