The check in desk for reservations is always a problem at every CH I have gone to. The food and servers all always top notch, but the check in people are not properly trained and all of them act like they are doing me a favor. I have eaten in six different ones and it is always the same story. Why does the company allow this to disrupt an otherwise wonderful evening?

I LOVE Cooperâs Hawk. Highly recommended the wine club â it has definitely become a great date night option for my wife and I. There are tons of great wines and special deals that come with being a member. The Trio of Medallions is one of the greatest meals at any restaurant. Unfortunately, I tried the crispy fish sandwich last night and it was a miss. Still, the service was outstanding and they even had a vegan dish that my wife enjoyed (PLEASE get more vegan options â even an impossible burger would be a plus).
Lunch for our family of 7 was very good in all aspects. We were seated at a large round table with a lazy Susan. Very nice as we shared appetizers all around. Nice selection of food for diverse tastes including gluten free.

Our Server Jessica was super nice, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. The GM Jean was outstanding in check in on us. An amazing experience!
Appetizers and dessert were very good. We had the pot stickers and some kind of fried taco wrap. The summer berry shortcake was delicious. I hag the shrimp and scallop risotto and my daughter had the shrimp scampi not were bland, with not much flavor in either dish. Our guests had the salmon and reported it was good. Our servers were excellent but our appetizers and salads come out at the same time.
