Unfortunately while playing the SpongeBob game I did not get my Patric star card but that was made up when I met a worker named Will. He truly brought a smile to me and my friend’s face. We had a lovely conversation and it truly made my day better. (Give bro a rase)
BRO, will and Jennifer are the best.I went to Chucky cheese for the first time in 6-ish years, and it was such a pleasant experience! Better than when I was younger!Will went above and beyond! Jennifer is a total sweetheart!
I think this is one of the best Chuck E Cheeses that I have ever been in. It is under pretty new management but it is excellent! The place is clean! The restrooms are clean, the games are clean, the games work, the food is good, the salad bar is excellent if you are not into pizza and last but not least, the staff are the outstanding part. If there is a problem, we just have to go ask or tel them the problem and it is taken care of. Two of the best are Will & Jennifer. They strive to make your visit happy and fun filled. We have been visiting the Springfield location because I have 4 grands within blocks of here under 7 for about 5 years and it is their favorite destination. Thanks to all for lots of fun trips and memories.
We got here on a Tuesday right about 7 , we couldn’t order any food because they had already closed the kitchen . We ordered 2 wrist bands for 30 a piece for an hour . Guess i will find a place where we can v west . Thought this was pizza place . The staff was nice enough one floor worker was very sweet but the hygiene of him smelled bad of cat, the cook I was told was playing basketball . Disappointing. Kids had fun with the games.
My 3 year old and I just went to Springfield Chuck E. Cheese!! They had the animatronics still, which was great because that’s what I remembered seeing as a kid and a couple others have gone away from them. Chuck E. walked around a couple times the 3 hours we were here. Will is an awesome employee and helped my 3 year old feel more comfortable around the animatronics and was very sweet and kind!! Thank you Will for making her time more enjoyable!!
Games are fun for the kids. The food is mediocre, at best. Last time the wings were wholly inedible. Staff is a little better now too compared to 6-8 months ago.
This is my sons favorite place, took the kids there today and they had a blast. There was a woman named Jennifer working and she was extremely nice and made my kids experience there great for them. My daughter wanted a ball out of a game and after failing to get it after a few tries she came over and helped my daughter get it, she was also very kind when my kids went to turn in there tickets to get prizes.
My kids always have a great time here! Today when we went a lady named Jennifer was working and she was amazingly kind to us! She even won my daughter a ball after she couldn’t get it after a few tries!! Her kindness made our visit even more amazing today!!
We were visiting from Montana, and hands down this location was super friendly starting with skyla at the front counter and Jennifer on the floor and will at the ticket counter. Our little boy was elated and had a wonderful time. We will be going back!
it’s not what it used to be, it’s unorganized, first the cake was supposed to be barbie, then pj mask, we ended up with a white cake with sprinkles, riddle me that. but the waitress is rlly nice lol
