From staff shortages to running out of ingredients and beverages and missing items on orders and it really seemed like the bar minimum was out into my order. This place seems to have allot of difficiancies.Yesterday I attempted to go get a burrito bowl and the front door was locked during operating hours. No explanation but I saw orders being handed out of the the other minor entrance. I asked and they were only doing online but there was no way to check on your order. You had to wait for one of the two employees to open the door and hand out an order. It was confusing for patrons. I ended up just going across the street.

This Chipotle is not very well run anymore. The change happened before COVID so that’s not an excuse. They can’t seem to keep the pickup orders straight. Almost half of my pickup orders are messed up, and they have never once compensated me or even apologized. I think they mess up so many pickup orders that they can’t afford to compensate people. They run out of ingredients often and just shrug when asked about it.But I will keep going here, because it’s one of the few cheap, quick places in town that people with numerous food restrictions or preferences can handle.

Sanation is very important to me one employee had a head scarf on looking like she just jumped out the shower

We have been a faithful Chipotle fan for decades! From California to Texas to Illinois but this location is the word below miserable. Several times over we've given it another chance but today is our last! Horrendous service & all our burritos had a tiny ladle grab of meat. When we asked her if that was right? She replied it will cost you extra? Normally for $10 you can barely wrap it up but today mine spun around 2x. But the kicker was the rudeness from both of the girls. Waving hands rolling eyes while the manager was training or hiring in the lobby. I hope you replace them both & train the new ones correctly. No exaggeration. Very disappointed!!!!!???

I visited your location in Springfield IL for the first time 2 days ago. I walked in and immediately walked out. D I R T Y is an understatement. The smell was bad and the staff, filthy. How the health department hasn't shown up there boggles me. I was so excited to try! Bummer.

5/22/2022 @1:56Employees seemed angry as they never unlocked entrance door no matter how many customers attempted to enter. Some customers left, most figured out that they had to go in through exit door. If the door was broken post a sign instead of hoping to cut back on making a few more orders. This location also seems to be still in covid mode (no indoor dinning) though none of the servers were wearing mask. I won't be returning to this location. Chipotle is good but managers like this can kill the brand over night especially when it is the first and only location to be introduced to a city.

My mother in Law went to order food at this Chipotle. When she got her food and left into the parking lot she was backed into by a person pulling out and she ended up falling and getting scraped up. She went inside Chipotle to chill out and simply asked for some ice. The staff of Chipotle laughed and denied her ice and anything she would ask for or say they simply laughed and denied her. Another customer had to demand ice and they finally brought her a walmart bag full of ice... Incredibly rude staff at this location. The morals of the staff at this location are garbage tier. I know you cant expect much at fast food places like that, but talk about trash.

Once again, I ordered on the app and used my points I had towards double meat. When I got home after picking up my order I found that not only did I not have double meat, I didn’t have ANY meat. I paid for steak, but in reality got only rice, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Support is useless, but I’m sure I’ll only get a refund on the meal and not my points returned. Though the money will be fine so I can just go to Qdoba instead.I am not entirely sure what happened, but this place has drastically decreased in food and employee quality. I used to work here roughly 6 years ago and boy it was much different. The place is dirty, the line is always a mess, the rude employees always shorting you on meat, and always taking their sweet, sweet time. I get working in this setting can be stressful and a lot, but it doesn’t excuse not providing customers with the things they ordered. If you can’t handle online orders, don’t accept them. Simple.

I ordered through the app, and when it was delivered I was missing an entree and had someone else's food too. Instead of offering to have the rest of my order available for me to pick up or delivered, I was given a free entree. Which means that if I want my food I have to pay for my extras again, and for taxes and delivery fees. And on top of that, I couldn't even call to talk to the manager about the issue. All I got was an automated system that said the crew couldn't answer calls. Not worth the money or the effort, and this will probably be the last time I order from Chipotle.

No stars! The last three times I’ve been here the front doors are locked in the middle of the day. When get in and try to order the staff acts like you’re bothering them. I went yesterday at 6:30 with my daughter and the tables were dirty half the chairs put up and the doors were locked again. It’s just laziness, no ice tea last two times I’ve been there and if I wanted to eat in my truck I’d go to a drive through! We turned around and left. The owner really needs to take a look at what goes on here on a daily basis. I love Chipotle but I won’t bother going back.
