It was so cold in the building, a few of us had to sit outside and warm up. The waitress forgot multiple parts of our order and took twice the time expected to take our order in the first place. We had to ask for silverware. Overall, this was the worst Bdubs experience I’ve had.
terrible food and service when we go there. we always wait 45 minutes for food and it’s cold like it’s been sitting out for a long time. our last visit was in the middle of the day and only 2 tables were there including us. none of the other tables were bussed and there was a bucket of the cleaning water just sitting out on one of the tables. it took 30 more minutes just to get some beer cheese and by then i was already finished with my food.
Ordered from their website that went successful then get here to pick up my food to be told they have no order! Nor food ready! Well I sure as h*ll have the receipt for the food I ordered. So after three people running back n forth trying to figure it out I was told to that I would wait 25 minutes for them to make my order that was made at 3:20pm to be picked up at 4:00pm to have to wait until 5 something PM! This place is a joke! Then the manager I’m guessing was like oh well you can get a refund, uh excuse me ?! I spent 20 something dollars on some wings don’t know how much in gas to get here that will never do! I will be escalating this issue to their corporate office! They have to do better!
Terrible Service. My friend and I waited for at least ten minutes just to get seated. When we were seated, the hostess was rude and unprofessional. We waited at least twenty minutes just to get drinks and then another fifteen minutes until we decided to leave since we were not being served at all. One of the waitresses was visibly on her phone and vaping out in the open. She was also very rude and unprofessional after taking our drink order. There were only two waiters actually doing their jobs and running around while the rest of the waitstaff was walking around us doing absolutely nothing. I am appalled at how horrible this experience was and I have to say I will never be going back to this location. I would give 0 stars if I could.
It was GREAT! Food and service was fantastic for a Friday night, & it was my daughters birthday and we totally weren't expecting a birthday song from all of the staff with a sweet chunk of chocolate cake with drizzle! We were VERY happy
This place is an absolute pathetic joke! All of our food came out freezing cold and then when our wings came back out we didn’t even get the right number of wings. Like come on it’s that hard to count, just absolutely pathetic. Every single thing we ordered had to be sent back completely ruined the experience and our meal. The server was no where to be found all we did was look for her the whole time and when we did see her she was sitting at the bar talking to other employees. The manager was just plain pathetic our meal was just awful and he barely comped anything and wasn’t apologetic. We have given this location multiple chances and all it does is disappoint and waste our money. I can for sure say we will be taking our money elsewhere. Definitely won’t recommend anyone to go to the Dirksen location I will tell anyone I know to stay the hell away from there.
Would give 0 stars if could. Take out order, waited for 12 mins with no one checking in. Manager(I’m assuming), finally checks in, sends someone out to check in about my order. Now it is past the pick up time for my order, and the waitress lets me know that they’re out of cauliflower wings, what do I want instead. After I’ve been waiting for 12+ mins already. An additional 15 mins before I get my order and can leave. No silverware, no napkins, sauces spilled all over the to go boxes in the bag. My wings were cold, the salad in the order was warm from sitting so long waiting for the rest of the order. Can’t even imagine what the dine in service is like after watching multiple waitresses sit at the bar on their phones and get up to check in with their tables only once, maybe twice, the entire 30+ minutes I waited for my take out order.
We had 4 people we were one of three other tables.we had ordered and after that didn’t see our waitress for most of the meal and sat with empty drinks for quite a bit and everything we asked the girl for like when she forgot a sauce and for extra sauce she acted as if it was an inconvenience. When we asked for the bill my bf asked for the military discount and when she came back she had only taken .40 off and goes it’s not military Monday but it clearly states on the poster for military that any other day but Monday is 10 percent off so when I asked about it cause that math is way off she got snippy. All together a bad experience especially because it wasn’t busy at all
Manager was a real piece of work , food was wrong and cold and our server thought it would be super nice to literally drop the check when my mother stated she wanted change back. Lately it’s just been bad every time
Our experience was good, but Alliyah made it amazing! She was very attentive and kind! The appetizers we got were delicious, especially the pretzels and the street tacos. The tea is to die for. The only true reason I would visit this specific BWW is to have her as a server once again! Thanks so much to her!
