The building and seating was fine. However, there was almost no one in the place and when the wings came out one set was slathered in sauce and the other set of wings was like someone took a bottle and drizzled it on you could see the dry breading. This is why I am giving 3 stars. It was inconsistent quality.

I hate to leave a bad review, but after giving this place chance after chance I have to finally say something. My friend and I went to lunch today, we both ordered chicken Caesar salads, they are what I always get. Well they had the audacity to take one breast between the two of us, dice it up into tiny pieces and thought we wouldn’t notice. The food here is never consistent and never comes out how it’s displayed or how it is at other Buffalo Wild Wings. The bartender was wonderful but we don’t know his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Service is fine although a bit slow even when the place is empty, something needs done in that kitchen though because it’s consistently bad at this location.

I hate posting negative reviews, but my wings came out cold and tougher than jerky. All of the other food came out cold and low quality like it had been sitting for a while. We did not get checked on until we were ready to leave, and didn't get any refills through the course of our meal. Food took quite a while to get out to us also. The one positive was the beer was in fact cold.I'm normally pretty gracious when it comes to dining out, but this location could really use some love and care.

As always I have had many wonderful experiences at this location. The food is good and the service is great. I’ll be back for sure!

Went in for lunch and they had "boneless wing happy hour" special going on, and I can confidently say they were the worst boneless wings I have ever had in my life. It tasted like they had been sitting for 30 minutes. They were cheap and the beer was cold so that was a positive at least..

This is probably my favorite place to eat. I especially love the honey bbq wings! I'll always come back for more of those awesome wings!

Awful experience at this Buffalo wild wings. We waited 30min to receive our drinks after we ordered them. Then our food came 25min later. Our server was the bartender and a server. Nightmare experience definitely. Especially when your starving after a long day of work.

What you would expect from an average BWW. The food was good. It would of been nice to have napkins and silverware though when we received our appetizers. Our mixed drinks were very syrupy tasting and lacked alcohol.

Absolutely terrible service. Got there last night around 6:45 with my boyfriend to join my family who was seated probably ten minutes before us. We waited around thirty minutes for a waiter to take our orders, then waited at least an hour for our food. Some of my chicken was room temperature when I got it.Honestly, I don't know why I bother with this place. Both Springfield locations are terrible, but this one has always had especially bad service. If the waiters/waitresses can't handle their tables, hire more workers. Same goes for the people in the kitchen. It's like a circus.

We waited just a few minutes at the door before being seated. Two different people waited on us and where very pleasant and made sure we always had everything we needed. Food on the other hand not very good although it didnt take very long to come out. The Street tacos where cold and the wings barley had any sauce and where dry like they was old thankfully the waitress went back and got me some more sauce for the wings wich helped a little but not much We spent $73.00 i cant say the food was worth it.
