I was there on Friday May 13th, I was really disappointed. I’ve been going there for a while, and my last experience was unsatisfactory. Me and my girlfriend sat outside because it was a beautiful day outdoors, and the table was filthy, there were dead baby birds around the walkway of the outdoor dining area, I’m never one to complain, but it was unacceptable, as a continued customer, I will not go back there again. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. The only positive was the server was great.
I recommend saving your money and using it on a cleaner restaurant. I went to this place on May 13th, and was disappointed. We have a large party event in the back room tonight and the Brickhouse staff was wonderful! Our waitress Bobbie was outstanding! Thank you for an Amazing night!!!!

Great food, super chill atmosphere and a great waitress by the name of Kortney(sp?) gave us an excellent dining experience. Keep it up!
Not for sure what has happened here but we used to go there all the time when we were in Springfield and loved it. Have not been in awhile and was really looking forward to it. Hostess seated us and then nothing. After a little over 20 minutes of watching a couple waitresses gossiping we got up and walked out.
Went to see packers game and there was no such ambience. They have huge selection of craft beers to choose and food was tasty though. Will try for Bears game next time for better experience.
Excellent food and service time and time again. Consistency goes a long way in restaurant biz and Brickhouse is VERY consistent.
