We decided to have breakfast here this morning. Party of 4. Restaurant was kind of busy they took a while to sit us down, no big deal but waitress was not very nice. After 10 minutes she ask what we want to drink and we go ahead and order too. My brother asked for coffee and creamer and she never brought the creamer. By then there was only 4 tables(3 and us) in the whole restaurant. She is talking to the other waitress while we are trying to get her attention. Creamer never arrived! Food gets here! It was ok. We had to ask for silverware and she gave us the plastic ones. After food gets to our table she never came to check on us. We finished eating and needed to go boxes. I had to get up to get her attention and she gave us a to go box. Not the best attitude! We won’t be returning here

This used to be a great place to eat before covid. We went today. The waitress was late taking our order. The food was luke warm. The women's bathroom was dirty and smelled bad.

Breakfast and service was great. Everyone jumped in to help when they were very busy. I will go back soon.

Terrible we got sat down with menus and nobody ever came to take a drink order or anything .Was not busy and plenty of staff standing around so we left and went to Outback and had quick wonderful food and service

Went for breakfast with a party of 6. You could tell they were short staffed or shorted the evening before. Despite that, the dining room was 80% full and the staff did their best to get everyone taken care of. It did take a long time to get served, but again there was only 3 people there to serve, cook, clean, and check out. The food itself was okay, we could tell it was rushed, and there was a mix up. The bathrooms needed a cleaning but not horrible. Overall it was okay, staff was very friendly, food was okay, the main dining was put together.

Was in town for few days. Breakfast was good. Dinner not so much. Bad staffing in the evening. Probably won't go back if ever in town again.

Currently sitting waiting for our food. Been waiting for about 45 minutes. People next to us just got their food. They said they had been here since noon. It’s 1:07 right now. Have no idea how the food taste as we have yet to get it.Update - finally got our food at 1:17. Tasted fine. Nothing to rave about. Our waitress, Lynn was super sweet just definitely overworked. Lots of staff just standing around. Manager included.

Wish they would get organized waitresses and Waiters. Had to ask for everything. Then we were forgotten about until I asked for dessert

Dirty lobby/dining area. Waitress came and took our drink order, and just stood there looking at us as my wife and I were talking about my Dr. appointment that we had just come from. We asked if we could help her, and she told us that she was waiting on us to order, and that she had other tables. My wife said okay, well for now we'll just take our drinks please. She came back about 5 minutes later (without our drinks) and asked if was ready to put our order in yet. I told her know, but I sure would like my coffee and water, and my wife would like to have her sweet tea please. When we got our food, it was not what we had expected. Our eggs were burned, the toast was more like hot bread, did not even look it had seen the toaster, and their was so much oil used for the potatoes that I drained it from my skillet breakfast. I showed the waitress and she took it back. The manager brought it back out and explained that it's not oil. It's churned butter straight from the farm?????We went ahead and left no tip, but we did pay the bill. The manager told us if we did not pay, he would call the police.I told them they have lost our business forever. He told us he did not care, and asked me how many times do I think that he has heard that in his career.I asked if he had ever heard of Google Reviews, he told me that's not new to him either ?.So... I do not and never will recommend this establishment.

I ate here on a 25th birthday trip and for my first time at a Bob Evans Restaurant I was very impressed. We were warmly treated, our server and hosted were very friendly, and the staff was extremely accommodating to our request for a table by the window. The only thing that was concerning was the fruit basket was somewhat subpar, with shriveled grapes, and we had to send it back for home fries. (No worries about that guys, we suspect it's not a commonly requested side, but thought it should be noted in the review.)On the whole though, we both enjoyed our dining experience a great deal! I thoroughly enjoyed my cod fish, mashed potatoes and gravy, cheddar potato soup, and corn, and Mom enjoyed her lemon pepper sole fillers, home fries, and roasted sweet potatoes. The chocolate peanut butter pie slice was an added delight, and i enjoyed the taste greatly, and sharing it with Mom.Thank you for a pleasant first time at Bob Evans experience! I hope to come back someday!
